We have received the best customer service ever at Kay’s from Naomi. Went to exchange a pair of diamond earrings and ended up getting a pair of beautiful wedding bands for my wife instead. Naomi and Zion were incredible, friendly and professional. Thanks again and will definitely come back!

I have been shopping at Kay Jewelers at Fair Oaks mall for years now. They always take such good care of me. Today Sumiye Inspected and cleaned my jewelry. She took good care of me, and commented on how pretty my rings were. I will continue to shop at Kay Jewelers for years to come.

This team was so helpful in helping us find our marriage bands!! We had to get my ring resized and had a hiccup in the process but the team made sure everything was done in a timely manner and that everything looked and fit perfectly!! Thanks to my fellow New Yorker Zion for all of his help!

Our transaction was a bit complicated, but Nawal was persistent in ensuring we received exactly what we wanted. Nawal, was perfect! We went in looking for our wedding bands and engagement ring, as we are eloping! She really heard what we were looking for and assisted to reached the set we needed and within our budget! Zion provided me with excellent service from start to finish throughout my visit this evening. He was a polite, consummate professional and was able to expertly answer my questions and get me in and out quickly. Although this isn’t the closest location to me, I have had better service here and would recommend them fully.

My 17 year old son wanted to purchase his first chain with his own money. He went to Kay Jewelers several times along with many other stores to really research prices and quality. Nawal helped him several times and was beyond kind each time and very patient. She has a teenager so was very up to date on what’s in style and how to work with a teen. My son eventually came back to buy his chain there (and thanks to her tip) he was able to buy it on sale. It looks great on him and he plans to buy his future chains and pendants there too. Highly recommend this place- great customer service!

Went to Kay jewelers in fair oaks mall for a jewelry service and inspection on my wedding rings and some of my wife’s other jewelry. While there I had the pleasure of working with the store manager Ashley Snider who took meticulous care of every piece during the inspection. Ashley let me know that the rhodium on my wife’s ring needed some servicing done to it and that she would need to send it to the jeweler to have it completed. Ashley said it usually takes some time to get the pieces back because the jeweler was pretty backed up. We said it would be no problem to take their time. She made sure every piece we left with was cleaned and shined before we left for the day! Excellent customer service and care by Ashley Snider! Thank you for making every visit to this store extremely enjoyable!

The ladies at Kay Jewelers have helped me purchase some beautiful gifts for my family members. I was I. Recently for an inspection and cleanings of my moms necklace and Stephanie and Nawal took good care of me. They even helped me make a wish list for things that I want to buy for myself. They went above and beyond and provided excellent service to me. I have sent my family and friends to see these ladies to help with their jewelry needs.

Saved my anniversary and solved my gift giving challenge. They knew the exact gift to give my bride. Reggie and Muhammad were fantastic. Great shopping experience, Ashley helped us as soon as we walked in, She explained everything to me when asked (even though i probably asked a million questions) she helped me figure out the best way to go in order to get the ring the cheapest. I have been waiting 4 years for an anniversary band and we were finally able to purchase it. She searched and found it for me at another location, had it sized and ready to go by the next time i visited the store. Then she searched and found me the perfect & simple birthstone ring that i had been wanting for my son. We went there last Friday not really knowing what we were looking for, just an idea and a budget.

Bob was great. As soon as he finished up the appointment he was on, he gave us all the attention we needed. He was very knowledgeable and really took his time to understand what we wanted and what our budget allowed.

He was able to create us an account and set us up with a follow-up appointment once we discussed everything.

He never made me feel awkward for the questions I had and let me try on every single style I wanted (sometimes the same ring more than once but he never acted like I was being too much or annoying).
