Very happy with my experience here at Grand Jewelers! I first went to another place in the mall to try and have my bracelet fixed. The man there told me he would hit it with a torch and my bracelet would turn black. So quite naturally, I decided against that. I then came to Grand Jewelers to see what they could do instead. Haris actively listened to my concern and appropriately addressed my need. No torch action, and now my bracelet looks brand new again. They decided to add silver, and also gave me a better price than the first place for the job. Myself, as well as others, highly recommend them for what you deem necessary as it pertains to all your jewelry needs. I give five stars!

A button on my watch stopped working after I got the battery replaced somewhere else. Grand Jewelers looked at my watch and after about 5 minutes it was fixed. I asked how much the repair cost, but the person said not to worry about it.

First off, I was looking and looking for an engagement ring, and I happened to meet Carlos. Carlos worked with me and got me the exact ring I wanted at the price point I had at the time as well. From there he worked with me through the whole process of getting everything done and getting me the perfect ring as well as getting sizing and paperwork done. Man O Man, my wife and I stopped in just to see what jewelry available. Harris Harris Harris is a great sales person. With some background knowledge of jewelry Harris had correct answers, made great recommendations and wasn’t pushy at all about the sale. They are the most customer friendly, professional, competent jewelers at the mall hands down! I had this masterpiece custom fabricated by them and couldn’t be happier with their work, especially for the price!
They were abele to custom make this off a concept photo, and were very knowledgeable on sizing, working with me and sending me updates and models of what end product was going to look like.

I highly recommend Grand Jewelers and will gladly be going to them in the future for my jewelry needs.

Grand Jewelers is the best jewelry store because of their excellent customer service, prices, and quality. Everyone is very kind and respectful. I did not feel pressured into buying or disrespected for not purchasing the most expensive item. Instead, they worked with me to find a great piece that I love. I got a great deal on a custom pendant and two chains. Every time I went into the store, the salesmen offered to clean my jewelry for free. I shopped there three times and every experience has been exceptional. Thank you so much again Grand Jewelers! You are the best!

I purchased diamond earing and a gold necklace from here about 8 months ago from Sun. He was super attentive and took his time to make sure I got what I wanted. I recently broke my gold necklace and came back to get it fixed. And Sun was there with the same smile and great customer service like my first visit! It made me super comfortable and happy because he didn't treat me like "Another sale". This was the first time that my family and I visited and purchased something from Grand Jewelers store located at Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax VA. What set this store a part from the rest are: a) the outstanding customer service and how knowledgeable Mr. Varun was about their products. b) affordable prices for the quality of the jewelers. And c) the multiple choices available to fit any budget.

Grand Jewelers is probably the best jewelry store I've even been to! My wife and I both got our wedding rings from them over the past year and are extremely satisfied with our rings. V and the staff at Grand Jewelers were fantastic to us through the entire process.

Both my wife and I were able to order designs with customization on a level other stores couldn't match. We sent and received images during the design phase to really hone in on what we were looking for. I've always been partial to red and black, while my wife was looking for traditional with a twist. We found the service to be impeccable, and the pricing to be very reasonable. When we have more jewelry needs to fulfill, we'll definitely come here first!

Me and my wife went to this location looking for a wedding band and were a little unsure of what we wanted. Fortunately, we had incredible help from Sun who helped us not only determine what we wanted, but visualize a custom ring that we were happy with. Throughout the process he did a great job under promising and overdelivering so we were extremely pleased to find that this custom ring was created and arrived in less than a week. He worked with us to find the best pricing, and we would return here in a heartbeat for any of our future jewelry needs.
