I lost my ring a few months ago. So last night we were in Fair Oaks just window shopping and we saw this Jewelry store, so we went in and I saw a really pretty ring but they didn’t have my size and since we live a bit far from fair oaks to return and pick it up we decided to just go to another store. That’s when Neda (the best seller I ever met) came to talk to us. She explained that they could re size it and have it ready at a different location near where we live. I had no idea they have so many around the area. So that was great news! She was very attentive and helpful and I finally get a new ring with the correct size :)

We met Neda, at the Elite Jewelers. Super friendly assistant manager. She went beyond her call. She really make us feels welcome and work with us. Exactly one month ago we were doing a last minute shopping tour in the Mall before flying back to Europe the same night.

NAZY (a lady with long brown beautiful curly hair) took good care of us and she was very kind. Of course I fell in love with a beautiful piece and we ended up buying it!
