On March 5, 2024, I brought in a 4-diamond 1 carat ring that I had purchased in Thailand in 1973. It had got too small and with great difficulty, I was able to get if off my little finger. The gentleman at Nupen resized it two sizes, shined it, cleaned it up and had it ready the next day. Great service and a great price in a timely fashion. Thanks again.

Tor is great! Fantastic service, great turn around time and is a trusted adviser. I know he will always be a straight shooter when it comes to the information he is giving me. Tor made a custom pendant for my wife which blew her socks off! The photos attached do not do this piece justice, the way he set all of the stones and the stones he used dance in the light.

He also help me get a Vintage dive watch as well as a vintage Longines serviced and working again. Both of these watches are from the 1960s and he was able to get parts and service done. Both have turned out great and both keep amazing time.

Everyone I have sent his way has walked away shocked at the level of not only the service but also the quality of his products. My family has been using Nupen jewelers for over 20 years and I could never imagine going anywhere else.

I had a necklace that was passed down from my grandmother to me years ago and the necklace was broken in couple spots. I brought it here and had it repaired for a very reasonable price. Nupen is extremely honest and I highly recommend to anyone!

Tor's artistry as a goldsmith is always on point, even when I am unsure what I want when I come in to the store. Honest, professional customer service is why I keep coming back and referring friends to shop here. Don't waste your time and money with mass produced, questionable quality jewelry. Support a local artist!

I've been coming to Nupen Jewelers since about 2010 and have always been pleased with their service. I have purchased items, had repairs done and had jewelry designed. In all cases, I was happy with my experience. Including the time they fitted a ring perfectly which a previous jewelry store messed up TWICE!

Most pleasant jewelry experience of my life. I really don’t enjoy shopping, especially for special pieces like wedding rings — there’s a lot of pressure! But at Nupen, I could take my time, try on several different styles, and receive expert consult from Tor the store manager. In an age of the Amazons of the world monopolizing consumerism, Nupen offers a refreshing small business experience that you cannot beat. I have a hard time believing there is any jeweler in this area better than Tor and Nupens. My family has been coming to the store since I was a kid and it’s no wonder why. Tor is a great guy and is incredibly talented to boot. Nupens holds a particularly special place with me now because Tor worked with my husband to custom design my perfect engagement ring and wedding band, along with working on my husband’s wedding band that was passed down from his Grandad. Wonderful experience! I needed an old necklace repaired and he was able to fix it quickly. It broke days before my wedding, so he saved the day! Also very friendly and knowledgeable, I will come back here and will recommend to anyone.

Tor is wonderful! I wanted a pewter pin re-plated with gold. He doesn't do that and provided me with an alternative that reused gold I already had. Other jewelers had quoted me outrageous prices. He was helpful, friendly, and I will recommend him to everyone. I am more than pleased with my favorite piece of jewelry that I wear EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Using my grandmother's diamond in my engagement ring was very important to me and Tor was able to make it into a gorgeous ring with a wedding band to match.
