Dropped my ring off when the sapphire popped out. They quoted me a very reasonable price to rebuild the prongs and service was quick and fantastic! I asked them if they could design a wedding ring to match, and when I came to pick up my ring, they had a wax cast ready for me to look at and try on! It was a perfect match for my ring, and i cant wait to submit the order! We will definitely be coming here to get our rings custom made!

Today we found an amazing jeweler that out of pure kindness fixed a ring my grandmother gave me that I had knocked a stone out of almost a decade ago thanks to a printer jam at work. I had asked a separate jeweler about it and was basically dismissed because he "didn't fix silver jewelry." Which also surprised me because my grandmother always bought gold so in the same visit I learned she'd been swindled.

He didn't have a perfect match cut but he popped a different one in a matter of minutes while we chatted with Maria.

He also managed to stretch my husband's"unsizeable" wedding band up a whole size.

He also freed me from my rings that had been stuck that Jared's had said go to the ER or the fire dept to get off.

John is truly a diamond in the rough who designs the vast majority of all his jewelry... today was a much needed reminder of how important it is to support small businesses.

I went here based on positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I was hoping to sell some jewelry, but instead had an old earring turned into a beautiful ring. The jeweler made a recommendation and the ring was done earlier than expected and at a great price. When my husband and I went in to pick it up they even cleaned our wedding bands and wrapped up my new ring for Christmas. Wonderful service, friendly, and amazing work. On a whim I stopped in to Personal Touch to see about having my engagement ring repaired (it had been sitting in my nightstand for 10 years after the entire diamond setting fell out). I mentioned that a prominent jeweler in Vienna had told me that the ring was made incorrectly and that it could not be repaired, must be entirely reset for around $1000. John said "That's bologna!" and said it would cost $275 to set the diamond in a new setting and solder it in. I decided to upgrade my setting and chose a different halo prong instead of the traditional plain one. Maria was super and took her time showing me some different options I could choose from. The ring was ready in 1 week (one week early, btw). I was shocked when I saw my new ring. I literally yelled "Oh my God!!" It is absolutely stunning, and cost me much less than it would have to just have it reset in the plain setting at the other place. I can't recommend John and Maria enough. super personable, easy to work with, and helpful.

I recently had my wedding band repaired here and would highly recommend anyone needing jewelry repair to stop in. The quote was right on and the timing was exactly what they estimated. Excellent work, VERY satisfied customer.

I own two perfect rings from Personal Touch Jewelers. My Fiancé told John what he envisioned for my engagement ring, and John made it perfectly. I’ve had to have it resized, and they always have the resizing done in an efficient and timely timeframe. They estimate 10 days and I’ve been given my ring back in 3. Super understanding and accommodating folks. Maria and Sarah are equally wonderful. I always have a pleasant experience in their store.

Additionally, my Fiancé had a ring made for me after my Mother just recently died. It was a sunflower ring with a citrine gemstone in the middle, as we celebrated her life in November. It was perfect. Fiancé reports John being very patient and receptive with his ideas. The engraving on the inside of the ring was perfect. I am so pleased. Please give these folks your business if you find yourself needing a jeweler. 10/10 every time.

Finally, a jeweler with a home town feel who is truly attentive to your needs, and goes above and beyond! I am stunned by the restorative work done on my mother’s ring from the 70s! Every once in awhile you stumble upon a real gem of a person and jewelry store. Today was my second time at Personal Touch Jewelers. I knew after my first visit that i would not go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. John is totally dedicated and knowledgeable about Jewelry and he and his staff are first class in treating everyone like you are the most important person in the store. We cannot recommend Personal Touch Jewelers enough. Like many, looking for some wedding bands, we found this place by simply Googling "jewelers near me." After seeing the steller reviews, we decided to give it a check. "Personal touch" is the perfect name for the place. It feels like a mom-and-pop where they listen to what you want and work with you. Honestly, the only speed bump was the off-the-cuff price estimate I was initially given for my ring came in lower than what I ended up paying, but considering the service and personality they provide, it made up for it.

I recently inherited a diamond ring--I never had one before. I was not not sure what changes to make, but something had to be done. John, the owner, and his staff member were very patient and informative and offered various options. In the end, it is gorgeous and I am very happy. Their customer service was top notch!

Honest and friendly service. I needed my wedding ring enlarged but because it is a very thin band, they weren't sure if they could just resize ($25) or would have to add extra gold ($75). When they called to say it was ready, they told me it would be $25. Very honest-- I would have absolutely no way of knowing whether or not they added extra gold. And they cleaned the ring for no extra charge-- I didn't even ask them to. It looks beautiful and fits perfectly now.

I had the absolute best experience at this shop solely because of my interaction with Sarah, the nicest and most patient woman I have ever met. The store is incredibly lucky to have her and would be nothing without her. That woman deserves the world! Thank you so much, Sarah!

My husband and I both had our wedding bands custom made at Personal Touch Jewelers, and we were incredibly pleased by both the final products and the entire design process with John, Maria and the rest of the staff at Personal Touch! GREAT to work with for matching a band to ANY engagement ring. They offered professional and timely creation of custom rings! My husband wanted a highly engraved band they worked with us to choose the size, width, weight and metal then designed a beautiful ring based on a few pictures he had flagged. For my wedding band I knew I wanted a band which intentionally matched my engagement ring (which was made by a different jeweler). John provided some great suggestions and was able to show me many different styles of rings in the store, and then Maria was able to get additional band for me to try on with my ring. John and Maria were very patient in going over options and pricing with me and were able to procure uncommon cognac diamonds for the band and to engrave to match my engagement ring perfectly. I dropped of my engagement ring and they sized the band to match. Thank you so much to the entire team!!

100% recommend!! When it was time for a new wedding set, we went to Personal Touch Jewelers. We came up with the idea to use the diamonds from my original set on our new wedding set. How cool is that? I not only got a new upgraded ring that my husband and I designed, but still got to keep some of the diamonds from my first ring. So what did we do with the diamonds we didn’t put on the new rings? Get this, John had the idea to keep the center diamond and halo intact from my original wedding set and place it on a necklace for me. So now I have my new upgraded set AND a new necklace. This meant so much to me to be able to keep bits and pieces of the original ring. This is exactly the personal touch John provides. He also helped guide us when we weren’t sure of stone sizing or what type of metal we wanted. He listened to what I wanted and as a result, my rings came out even better than I envisioned. I got my dream wedding set and constantly get complements. You will not be disappointed!!
