Unchained Wellness Clinic

This place is impressive!!! I found Unchained wellness because I happen to work for Sunlighten infrared saunas. I wanted to have a quick sauna session to help elevate the pain I was experiencing at the moment and was told I could find one of our saunas there.

Nicole showed me around and I was blown away immediately! Nicole was very sweet and extremely informative. She took her time showing me around the center and to be honest, I had never seen some of the treatment machines they had to offer there before. Had I known some of the options were available I would have been in a long time ago! I am really looking forward to come back for another sauna session AND try out some of their other treatments!

Really welcoming environment. The staff was very friendly and they were able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond by giving me practical advice for my health and nutrition as well. Christina and Michelle were especially helpful and great to talk to. I left feeling euphoric and like I had more energy. I will be coming again and again as my busy schedule permits.

My sister highly recommended this clinic. She herself was sick for 5 weeks this winter when a friend said, “get yourself into this clinic!” She went into the hyperbaric chamber for an hour and had a vitamin c therapy. The next morning she was all better. Her husband is also now a patient there.
I swung over today 10 minutes before they were closing to take a look around and find out what they could do for me. Nicole was so incredible! She sat down with me and genuinely listened to me explain all my symptoms. She then gave me a tour, offered to stay longer so I could do a red light therapy right then and filled out all my new patient paperwork. She stayed an extra hour and 10 minutes for me. What first class customer service on a Friday! I already set my next appointment for Monday.

I have been looking for a place like Unchained Wellness since I moved back to Arizona a year ago. So far I have done the Theta Bed, Red Light Therapy, Hydrogen, foot detox, & the infrared sauna. I am a huge believer in alternative and holistic therapies. They helped me get through stage three rectal cancer treatment. The staff is kind and compassionate. I’ve done hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments before, I’m excited to try theirs because it is HUGE and way easier to get in and out. I’m getting an IV this week. I have felt amazing since I’ve started going here! The first picture is of the Theta Bed. I had never heard of it before. It put me in an immediate meditative state. I was so relaxed after, and I slept like a baby that night. The next picture is of the Red Light therapy bed, I do the setting for inflammation. But it also has helped the scar on my leg look so much better. If you want to treat yourself, feel better mentally, emotionally and physically, check it out!!

This place is amazing! I went today for my first cold plunge and infrared sauna session, it immediately calmed me down and reduced some stress I was feeling. I am going back next week for another session and can’t wait to keep working with Unchained Wellness!

I love Unchained Wellness and all the workers! They are so accomodating, understanding, non-judgmental and oh so kind! They made me feel welcome and comfortable the minute I walked through the door. Michelle especially has been a dream to work with! So genuine and thorough. She really cares about her clients which is hard to find today. I could not recommend them enough!!

I found out about Unchained Wellness through my employer. I've did several Cold Plunges here so far. From the first point of contact by phone I was very impressed with the friendly service provided. Christina has been flexible with getting me scheduled and my first visit was very welcoming, She provided me with all the information I needed to know about cold plunging and all the other services the clinic provides. I would highly recommend this place :)

Visiting Unchained Wellness has been a great choice. If you are wanting to take a step towards better wellness, this is the place to start your journey. I have wanted to try cold plunge for a long time. They were so friendly, informative and answered all my questions. Can’t recommend them enough.

I am not sure if there is enough words to express all that I have truly experienced as I made a choice to try cold plunging here at Unchained for the first time ever. The owner Mason and nurse Michele were a complete delight to speak to during my visit as they were willing and wanting to share more about all that is offered here. My coach Christina was absolutely amazing as she was able to navigate through the different comfort levels with me during my cold plunge experience, allowing me to not only trust her in such a vulnerable moment and still honoring whatever decision I choose in that moment with self. I truly RECOMMEND to all if your even a little bit curious of what Unchained has to offer, you must know you will walk out feeling every bit of the GREATNESS that you already are!

Had the best experience at Unchained Wellness! I was a little nervous going in but the staff is SO helpful and patient and I left feeling so good and happy with my treatments! Will definitely be coming back often! Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience here today. The staff were extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process of their cold plunge (which is much different than an ice bath type). It took about 15 minutes total and I felt great when I was done!

There is no better wellness clinic in the valley! The staff are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. 10/10 recommend!

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and the environment was calming and welcoming. I also had a great experience doing the Bio Scan and finding what things were going on in my body. It opened my mind to the things that I could start doing to help heal. Christina the Office manager was very helpful with the machines and what I would need that best suits me, my body, and my mind.

OMG. They are so sweet here and welcoming make you feel like your at home Christina is awesome so honestly caring, highly recommend coming here prices are up front and not hidden, Will have to come again.

Loved this place! Went into the Theta Chamber and it was a relaxing experience all while stimulating brain wave and emotions. Totally recommend this place. 5 Stars for sure!

An absolute must do! The people are amazing The facility is great as well. I did the cold plunge and sauna which was great. The staff helped caulk whole process which made it that much better definitely.

First ever cold plunge. Exhilarating! Very friendly and experienced staff prepared me for the experience. Many other therapies offered to fulfill wellness goals. Recommended.

They were fantastic! First time in and they made me feel very welcomed. Step by step instructions through a cold plunge. Walked me through it, and felt great afterwards. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend!
