Norka was incredibly helpful, kind, and honest. We went in for wedding bands. We were in and out of the store immediately and she provided excellent customer service and broke down the process so there were no questions. She made sure to go through every possible alternative. Jamal was very informative about the jewelry. She showed me several items of what I was looking for and took the time to inform me about each piece. My husband bought me a bracelet and we had to take out some many diamond links that she offered that I could turn it into a necklace and earrings.
