Read these reviews last night, dreaded going in this morning!! What?? This town must be full of Ken’s and Karen’s because I just watched “Lisa” handle a room full of Saturday morning attitudes with professionalism and class with more than a touch of helpfulness. Kudos to you Lisa for not letting hurtful comments define you! Cheers!

I’m giving 5 stars because of their employee Joe who helped us understand the process of self addressed stamped envelope. It’s not something that we do all the time so we are so confused how to do it. He was patient enough to explain to us what is it for and how to do it. He knows what he was doing. Thank you so much for big help. The other lady too was very nice. I can hear her conversation with other customers and she is very courteous and offers help.

Busy but efficient, I already show up with prepaid labels, still wait in line so that everything in scanned in & ready to track before I leave/that way not lost in transit before scans especially and even with the longest of long lines out the door I'm out within 15 minutes at the longest and can always choose to use one of multiple drop box locations they have inside or outside the post office if I don't prefer to wait on a particular day.

They are all definitely working as hard & as fast as they can always, and especially so now with the unprecedented times we are in and how poorly I see customers treat them sometimes, they deserve better and all in all the service is absolutely vital to small business owners replying on shipping.

Open till 3pm on Saturday!

Huge thanks to Richard at the DeLand Annex and the team at the post office. I went in on Monday to request a key replacement for our mailbox after the one we had for 4 years snapped in half in the lock. They came the very next day with our new key and lock and brought my husband’s recently delivered medication right to our door. Such wonderful considerate people.

I have always found the staff to be very kind and efficient despite them ALWAYS being crazy busy. I had a problem recently where I inadvertently
deposited a grad card in the box without postage (I realized my mistake the minute it happened). The manager, Kirk was very professional and as soon as he was able, remedied the problem. Thank you, Kirk!

Though the line can be daunting at times, it does move at a fair pace, and the staff more than make up for the wait. It’s surprising how far a little ‘customer to postal employee ‘ kindness goes, of course that applies to life. Marie is a long-standing treasure here.

I always share about my negative experiences, so it’s equally necessary to share about the positive ones. I’d like to thank Andrew today for helping me retrieve my package that I erroneously put the incorrect city on but the correct street address! Thank you so much!

Even with long lines, they serve us quickly and are very knowledgeable. They answer our questions and do a great job.

I haven't bought stamps in years, and came in today for stamps for wedding invitations. Kassandra was very helpful and pulled out 6 or 7 different kinds ..quick service with a smile and my stamps even match my invitations!!

These Folks are working as Hard as they can to keep the Mail flowing in these Crazy Times - Friendly service and Great Rates ...It's Because of them, that I can pay my bills each month. Thank you
