Countryside Animal Clinic

Called for an appointment for my dog, Charlie, who had an ear infection bothering him. They brought me in that same day and the visit was nice for both me and Charlie. Highly recommend Countryside!

I normally visit Countryside at the Park because it's closer. I had an appointment scheduled for Ruger @ that location on Wednesday. He needs a mild sedative the night & morning prior. I messed up on the date & gave it to him on Monday night/ Tuesday morning. When I realized his appointment was Wednesday, I panicked & immediately called the Spring Garden Clinic @ 8am & asked if they could take him there because I didn't want to over medicate him just to keep his Wednesday appointment. They said "Absolutely- bring him in." I was there by 9am.
Countryside is the best Vet Clinic in every way you can think of. I really appreciated them being so accommodating on such short notice.❤

I love Countryside! I made the mistake of taking my kitty Zeke to another vet who was closer by, and was told that he had urinary crystals. I was told to give him anti-anxiety drugs to help calm him down, as that's what this vet suspected the cause to be. No improvement, and my poor boy was suffering. I called Countryside, and they got us in the next day. Dr. Brewer took one look at the paperwork from the previous vet and saw that there was in fact some evidence of an infection and no evidence of crystals!! Agghh!! So, with one antibiotic shot, and one anti-inflammatory shot, our baby is at 100% again - in less than 2 days! Thank you all so much!!

Great experience. I have been using Countryside for over 2 years since I met my 'Prince'. He came to me as a rescue and I had no idea what I was doing. They are always great and prompt, no matter what office I use, having 2 offices is awesome for convenience. Now being that they are so great they are busy, but they always managed to fit me and mine in next day or pretty quick depending on urgency (have not had emergencies requiring same day care). Staff is friendly and genuinely loves animals. You get what you pay for. Vets are not human centric they are animal centric so be patient and appreciate their love and care for your pet. Understand that all the people you see in the office are not available to help you so please be patient they are working on other things. The human part of the office is small, so all the staff is crammed into the front, visible thru the check-in window, so while you see 6 or 7 staff members they are not all there to check you in, so please don't be that person, wait for someone to acknowledge you and check you in (Often its the ones at the back computers checking in not the 2 poor ladies in the front who everyone gets rude with- witnessed many times.)

We lost our precious Sandy just recently. Sandy was part of our family and was 17 years old. We brought Sandy to them for her 1st check up as a puppy all the way to the end. What a special place this is and the staff really was there for us. The way Sandy was handled it was as if she was there own. We are so blessed to have found countryside. I know when our hearts are ready we will bring our next family member to them. Our veterinarian who helped us with Sandy took the time that was needed and really was there for us including the staff. I just can’t say enough of how amazing they are. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤ we will never forget what you did for us.

I can walk to the location off Orange Camp but could not get in to see the team. I hope that changes; we have a lot of animals here in Victoria Gardens. My visit was nice ... the staff seemed happy and efficient, lots of doggo's in the waiting room but all getting along. We are new in town but it seems like we have found the right place !

The staff were very helpful. I had acquired a dog from a patient who no longer could take care of her. I have not had a pet in many years. They were so helpful and loving to my new addition. The Dr was awesome and answered all of my questions about an older dog so I was well informed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very Happy! Dr. Garcia listened to all aspects of our cat's problems, showed sincere compassion, made a diagnosis, & provided meds & suggestions that have already proven to help. Our 14 yr old "kidney cat" is feeling much better, w/out the blood-tinged upchucking. All w/out unnecessary expensive testing. Going forward, I feel Dr. Garcia will help our sweet kitty have the best life possible! Thank YOU!

This is the only place I trust taking my cat fur-baby. My cat had a semi-emergency and Countryside got him in and out with his meds and a cone. They can get expensive at this place, but they always come through for our cat and it's always worth it.

Recently brought in both of my dogs to get established for care and update vaccines. Both veterinarians were wonderful and patient. My oldest dog has serious anxiety about these visits and they were awesome at making him feel more comfortable. Clearly a compassionate group of people in this business. Highly recommend

I just moved to the area from out of state and needed to find a Vet that could take large dogs as I have a Bernese Mountain Dog to be fixed and regular routine check ups and they came highly recommended! I was very happy to the pleasant staff and Dr that we met. It was a pleasant experience and glad I asked around.

We had trouble finding a vet that we actually felt cared about their patients. We have a 13 week old dachshund that we brought in for his appointment. Dr. Brewer immediately greeting our puppy, allowing our puppy to kiss all over his face. Distracted him during his shots he wouldn’t whine. Very informative and very kind people.

First visit with my dog. They were very professional and friendly staff. My dog had a skin condition and they prescribed her meds and shampoo. She was totally better within a week.

We’ve been taking our pups to Countryside since 2020. They have always been very sweet and professional! They love our dogs as much as we do. I trust the care and treatment every time.

Slightly above average pricing, but 100% worth it. They never compromise your pets’ health, and will always recommend a specialist if the concern is out of their scope. The techs, admins, and doctors truly care about each animal they care for.

We went to our first appointment this week with Countryside Animal Clinic of Deland. Our 10-pound dog Ollie had an upset stomach and some diarrhea. We were scheduled quickly, and the doctor spent a good 45 minutes with us. Dr. Brewer came around from the exam table and sat down next to the dog. We thought that was great! He completed a thorough exam. The Vet Tech Trixie was fantastic! She explained the different options for administering the medication. We opted for pre-dosed syringes. Great practice. They've been there since 1979! We subsequently transferred to this clinic. Having moved to Deland in January of 2023, we were not pleased with the first clinic we went to. After their handling of this issue, we left them quick, fast, and in a hurry!

Always a great experience at this clinic. I have been bringing my 3 dogs here for 4 years now. Its a very busy practice, but i have never felt hurried or not listened to. Love them!

They always take great care of us here. They are on time for your appointment and you don't feel rushed while you're there. This is very important to me when it comes to caring for my fur baby.
