I simply cannot recommend them enough. I'm a new hot tub owner and they walked me through every step of how to get my water right. It's been perfect ever since I went there. They even wrote out the directions and "recipe" for every scenario. Spent almost two hours with me on a Saturday and made sure I was set up right. I will buy all my chemicals from them!

Matt recently replaced my failed pool pump motor and the over 20 year-old pump with it. He did this under a challenging schedule during a day when hurricane-force wind gusts were forecast to start before day's end - and he had an early afternoon commitment about 50 miles away. The wind was already blowing the large Volusia County garbage cans down neighborhood streets. He arrived at 10:00 A.M. and had completed and checked out the installation by noon. The motor/pump combination he recommended was my best option for both initial cost and long-term operation. Matt came through on a day with very threatening weather due to a polar vortex, though I believe Matt to also be reliable in good weather.

Shout out to Matt's Pool Service again...... I found my Hayward Maxflo XE variable speed pump motor that was installed in January leaking at the ceramic seal this morning when doing my weekly pool service on my pool.

I had to replenish my chlorine jugs and have them do a water test so I made them aware of the leaking seal while in their store. Chris came out, confirmed the leaking seal, and then also advised me the motor bearings were failing and ordered a new motor.

Within a few hours, Lori called and advised he had the new part and was on the way. Chris took care of my problem efficiently and was out of there in no time. Part was still under warranty so there was no charge. Another job well done by Matt's Pool Service! Thank you!

We just moved in the area and Matt was highly recommend. Glad we did, we had an old out dated filter system that needed to be changed out. After that the pump motor, which was whining since day one, started to get louder. Matt and his crew took care of us, explained everything simply and suggested to our needs. Fast friendly service, on time, over the top support, and set up everything for optimal performance. Our pool looks great, and we are happy with level of expertise that we were given.

I had my pool pump assembly replaced today by Matt's Pool. The old unit was old and leaking at the wet/dry housing and glue joints (Hayward Super Pump II). I was surprised to see Matt the owner come out himself to do the work.

I went with the latest Hayward ultra efficient MaxFlo XE system. Matt also replaced a fountain selector valve that was dribbling when closed that was not on the original work request.

Matt took the time to go over the programming instructions and explained the one button selector for all 6 speeds after the installation in great detail. Thank you Matt and Matt's pool service for a good job all around today.

While Matt no longer works on jacuzzis, he had an old part laying around that he thought may work, but didn't want to charge me for it since he wasn't sure it was in working order, so he just gave it to me without charge and it solved my problem. I highly recommend this company!

My pool pump began making a terribly loud noise that got worse over time. After some googling I gave Matt's pool Service a call for a quote. They were able to give me a quote over the phone after I described my situation and sent in a few pictures of my old pump.

They were very fast and helpful during the whole process.

Chris came to install the pump and he was right on time, very professional, and worked quickly! I now have a nice brand new pump that is much quieter than my old pump and more energy efficient, too! I couldn't be happier with the experience.

I worked for Matt many years ago before I moved across county. I attribute my success in the swimming pool industry entirely to him, his wife, Lori, and their son, Chris. They're the best in the area.

I have been going to Matt's Pools for about 10 years. They are fantastic at keeping your pool clear. Extreemly knowledgeable about pool chemistry. Picked up a replacement part for my over 20yr old Hayward cartridge filter. They had one in stock. Up and running again. It is nice being able to get the part you need instead of going on line and waiting a few days.

I've been with Matt's Pool for about 30 years. There's a good reason for that. Everyone is knowledgeable, which is key to maintaining a pool. Besides that, they're good, honest people with fair prices and great personalities. They've helped me solve many a problem over those 30 years. I recommend Matt's Pool over anybody else. This company installed a new pool pump 2/19 for us and they were very courteous and informative. The price was reasonable and I was extremely happy with their service. I will definitely use them in the future for any pool service that I need and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing work done on their pool.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 6 years, and they are great! Your pool could be cloudy and green, but after following their detailed, written instructions, it will be clear and blue in 48 hours or less!

Just had to replace a pool pump Lori was very helpful in showing me the new unit and Paul was out few days later and installed it and he was also very helpful and fun to talk to. I find the whole place very friendly with Matt Lori and Chris I know I'm in good hands.

Very honest and knowledgable. Old school like me! Found several other problems in the process of repairing the first one, didn't phase Him in the slightest even in the blazing heat of the afternoon. He would have stayed all afternoon if it had been necessary. Stick-to-it-tive-ness is the key word here. Very pleased with work done.

The nicest pool company around. They were so kind even if I called for a silly question. They fixed up our pool with a hot water heater and turned it into a salt water pool. Complete heaven working with them.
