Vinny was awesome at assessing my cell phone and giving an honest opinion, not just interested in taking your money! He truly wanted to assist in resolving our issue in the best way possible, even if it meant not making money.
I would definitely recommend stopping by their shop if you are having issues with your cell phone.
As far as pricing is concerned, for reference, a screen replacement for iPhone X was running about $170 at Vinny’s vs $270+ quoted at Best Buy.

Couldn’t have been better! I dropped my phone and after that the back camera would not focus. I didn’t even know about these guys until I googled “iPhone Repair”. I scheduled an appt online at the Sandy store. Work was done in about an hour and the phone works great. Was able to use the coupon to get a new battery for half price too. Price was reasonable, much less expensive than getting a new phone. Highly recommend

Very quick in accepting the phone for service, asking a few questions to confirm what I thought I needed. I came back about a hour later (longer than they said it would be) and the phone was ready. Turned on right away and showed almost full battery. I have used it a couple of days and it is great! the battery lasts much longer than before and the phone looks perfect. Thank you!!!

Had to visit we fix it for a phone repair service. Had to replace the front and back of the screens on an s7 edge. The service was very fast and friendly. They gave me an estimated time and were very helpful when answering phones. I'm happy with the repair. The phone looks great and is flawless. Just like new. They are a squaretrade authorized retailer which made the repair that much easier as I use squaretrade. I did t shop the store but it was clean and surprisingly had plenty of employees to offer customer service! Will use again in future! Just hopefully not for a broke. Phone. Thanks yall.

I had a simple problem (dust in the charging port) that I thought was actually a much bigger deal, like a loose port or something worse! Luckily, Chris, the manager, got me in and out super quick. Great service here.

I was provided with excellent customer service by the manager of this location. The service was completed quickly and he took the time needed to explain exactly what was going to be done. I will return if and when I need additional repairs to my phone.

This store is awesome! I had a broken key fob for a car that the lock button didn't work. The button on the circuit board fell off. They helped solder the button back on quick and painless. And it works perfect!

Awesome guys. I had some issues with my iPhone port, so I stopped by right before they closed. They fixed it in 2 minutes and didn’t even charge me.

I’m way sketched out about phone repair but these guys did a phenomenal job at fixing my iphone 7 screen. If my phone needs anymore repair I’ll be back.
