We enjoyed our stay in The Sandcastle 3. We were there for our son's wedding on the beach! It was the perfect condo unit for us. I enjoyed the well equipped kitchen perfect for prep for a taco bar reception. The beds and the couches were so comfy and the linens were provided for the week! You can't beat that! The beach view was awesome! The pool felt like it was heated (unsure about that), but it was really clean! Thanks Sun Realty for another great accommodation! You never disappoint!

We just finished our 4th year with Sun Realty. Once again an excellent house and great service! They always respond fast with rental questions while selecting our house. This time we had a Friday check in (which is so nice!) and had a small issue requiring service. They sent someone on a Saturday - the busiest day for them - to fix our issue. Couldn’t ask for better service and we will be booking again with Sun Realty for this reason! Good service goes a long way!

Employees are very responsive and courteous. I spoke with Alex and Vivian while on my trip. Both of these ladies are top notch. They are an asset to Sun Realty. Sun Realty is my choice when renting a condo or house at Kill Devil Hills.

Sun Realty has been extremely valuable in arranging our OBX vacation plans for several years. Beyond setting up the rental, they are always helpful with questions about our rental unit, both in the months ahead of our arrival and during our stay. They have also helped with the occasional minor maintenance issue. We will certainly continue to use Sun Realty for our future OBX vacations.

We all enjoyed our stay at 12 Fourth Ave through Sun Realty. The staff were polite, professional and helpful in person as well as on the phone when I called prior to our arrival with questions. We were immediately greeted and welcomed upon entering the office to pick up and drop off our beach passes. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our experience with Sun Realty (Kill Devil Hills) was very positive. Super quick response to minor maintenance issue. Very helpful in helping us find the perfect place to stay. Our stay at Wellington By The Sea 203 was terrific...beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the beach, and great location!!!

I was a little worried given the handful of bad reviews I read about the office/Sun Realty, as our family has always used a different rental company at OBX, but our vacation (from 7/25-8/1) couldn't have been nicer on any end. The office was always responsive and friendly. The house was immaculate and perfect - experienced no issues whatsoever. They allowed for a contact-less check in due to Covid, which was safe, and saved us an extra stop. We had a nice little welcome packet that came with a cooler/lunch box, which we used every day! I would definitely recommend Sun Realty. FYI - we stayed at the house called "Sunshine", and it was amazing!

I have used Sun Realty for many years. The process has been flawless from the initial online reservation to interacting with the Kitty Hawk office. Be assured they will do all they can do to make your vacation a true vacation.

The office staff was great! Especially Mrs. Vivian, she tried to no avail to get the WIFI up and running. There was a broken step leading up to the front door, she got someone right out to fix it. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

My family just returned from our vacation at the pineapple post. The home was well maintained and cleaned upon arrival. We had an issue with one of our AC units and called the office for help. The woman we spoke with was very professional and kind. A maintenance man was sent out to the home immediately and the whole issue was resolved within two hours.

Sun Realty is a great place to deal with for a summer vacation, or any time of the year. Their keyless entry is great, and the house is always ready ahead of the stated time. I look forward to our vacation next year.

We enjoyed the house very much. The house was adequate for our family, but sleeping in the bottom part was a no go for us, since it was just us women. Other than that we had all we needed.
