I was in need of a septic inspection. Sue and Kevin came out and gave me a yearly inspection of my septic system. Both gave me suggestions on how to improve my septic performance and gave best practices.

I usually do not write reviews, but felt obligated to tell others about Starks professionalism and honestly. Even though I have only used them once, i will continue to use Starks from here forward. Their honestly and value is unmatched.

Appointment was scheduled between 1-3 and they got there around 11:30. For me that's a win. Usually when I get a time frame like that the person shows up at the end of that window. Not these guys. They were very quick and thorough. Kevin was very informative and courteous. I would definitely recommend Stark Sanitary Service and will continue using them in the future

Kevin and TJ are great. Old school work ethic, knowledgeable and efficient. These are what tradesmen are supposed to be! I really enjoyed having them here. I would HIGHLY recommend. You can tell this is a great company when the employees speak highly of them. If you have a septic issue, do yourself a favor and call Stark.

Sue and her sister arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning out my septic tank. They took the time to examine the tank once it had been pumped out and to explain its condition. The job site was left nice and clean. I will definitely call Stark for my next pump out service!

We use stark sanitary service for all our septic needs I definitely have to give them a five star rating. We had just had our septic cleaned out in August and unfortunately because of all the rain we had a toilet paper blockage and had to call them out again. Kevin and Jared had came and not only fixed our problem but helped us to hopefully prevent it from happening again or at least not happen as often saved us $125 by doing so. They were so kind and wonderful talked me through everything so I understood what I would have to do if it happened again I can not thank them enough. Thank you both so much we will definitely be asking for you by name the next time we need help with our septic need.

If I could give Stark more stars, I would.i just moved into a new home with a septic system. My experience started with an informative phone conversation with Taylor. She explained the service and charges involved. I scheduled them to come out. Sue, Melanie, and Ishmael arrived within the time window promised. They explained everything they were doing and why. It was a learning experience for me. They were VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. When they were finished, you would have never known that they were even there.

Kevin & TJ did terrific work when they arrived as scheduled to service our septic. They were patient, thorough and informative. Highly recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you Stark for the great service and peace-of-mind knowing our system is sound and working well.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were in a bind with a FAIL of our septic inspection with only 10 days prior to closing on selling our house. They came out the day of the inspection to check out the situation, and then fit us in for service despite being booked solid for two weeks. We were moving out of state and had several things contingent on the initial date of closing. They clearly wanted to help us avoid delays and rectify the situation for us being so close to finalizing the sale. Sue, the business owner, even came out to the site on the day of service. She was a delight to speak with and so were all the guys on the job. This company definitely demonstrates the values of a family business which is so hard to find these days. Search no longer....hire STARK SANITARY SERVICES.

The gentlemen responded on time and were very nice. They explained the job to me and how my septic system works. They even took the time show me where I can reroute my downspouts and sump to better protect my septic field. Setting up the appointment was also fast and easy! They also pfovided me with a very competitive and fair price.

I cannot be more happy and satisfied with Stark Sanitary Service. I had an emergency situation today (Saturday). Stark was able to come out quickly and pump out our system. They are very courteous, friendly, knowledgable, and overall just great people. They cleaned up the area perfectly after their service. I recommend them very highly to everyone!

I always like dealing locally. The initial contact by phone with owners daughter was pleasant and informative. The men arrived today Kevin and his partner found the tank and drained it quickly super nice guys and professional. A great fair price and a nic local touch Kevin knew the property from many of his canoe trips on the Dupage that used to pass by my deck on the river and even remembers the Tee Pee I had there a small world he grew up on the river just upstream.Use local and one of the best Stark Sanitary serves

Super professional when communicating with and scheduling. We are new to living on a septic system since moving and were unsure of what to expect. TJ came out to clean out our tank. He answered all our questions, gave us tips to extend the life of our system, and even dealt with discovering the previous owners were not caring for the tank as they should have been. He was working on our system for over 2 hours! Highly recommend this company.

I have done business with starks for over 20 years and they have never failed to be polite and professional. The level of knowledge and experience they have is difficult to find in any business. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

I just had my 2 tanks pumped. The two guys were very friendly and happily answered all my questions. They took their time and I believe really did a good job. A would definitely use them again in the future.

from the first call, the lady was so nice and friendly. I didn’t feel dumb not knowing things she asked.
The 2 guys that came called an hour before and we’re right on time. Again friendly professional and answered questions I didn’t know.
The price was much better than others I’ve used In the past.
Needless to say, you’ve got a repeat customer for years to come.
