Despite being alone and busy, she showed unmatched commitment by helping me find what I needed and even encouraged me to purchase an extra game. Her dedication and customer care are truly remarkable. Anita is an outstanding individual who genuinely cares for each customer, and her work is impressive. I am sincerely grateful for her excellent service and attention.

Despite being the only employee working -- and despite the constant noise of the mall and the rambunctious kids throughout the store -- the guy working last Saturday was amazing. Kind, patient, totally focused on us and making sure we were taken care of before he moved on to the next customer. Great experience and so happy to see legit customer service still exists.

The shopkeep Sam was great and had a lot of good suggestions about my refurbished steam deck. Saved a lot of money buying second hand from GameStop.

It had a lot of anime so that's why I loved it but I was also able to pick up some controllers from their too, they have friendly workers and great options for any of your gaming needs.

I went into GameStop at Tysons today and Jonathan was so nice and helpful.

Just had a great experience here. Came in looking for Pikmin for a physical Pikmin 4, although I knew my chances were slim. I was lucky enough to find a preowned copy! He wasn’t wearing a name tag but the Asian dude who checked me out was really nice and well informed about the games and policies. It was cute listening to him tell me about some of the new games coming out ^___^

I came to game stop and had such an amazing experience with Jonathan he was very knowledgeable and very kind and had an exceptional customer service im glad to come to this store and feel at easy as well as get all my questions answered. Recently purchased a gaming system and more from this location and the staff couldn't have been better! They were patient (I have physical disabilities which make me slow when trying to apply for their payment system etc) and their store was pretty wheelchair friendly as well) and they were just amazing! I've had no problems with my gaming system and love it so far! If I could give them six stars I would.
If you’re their boss, they deserve a raise! Both young gentlemen were HANDLING that business -- it was so busy and still they took the time to answer all our questions without missing a beat with anyone else! We were just window shopping this time, so the easily met our lack of expectations. However, GameStop is in general one of our favorite stores, and we are usually happy when we go there.
