Pizza is always hot & fresh when gets delivered.

Always delicious! everyone is so sweet when they deliver. They are always so grateful for the tips. The estimated arrival time is pretty accurate. It is an estimate because they do run along some bumps in the road when trying to deliver pizza to multiple people around the same time. Never have I gotten the wrong order. Way better than any pizza place in town. Keep up the great work

Always amazing pizza. We picked it up and went home to eat it but it was ready on time for pickup and the employee was very nice!

**TLDR: If you're gonna eat papa johns every day for a month like the problematic original Papa did and talked about in that weird interview, eat the pizzas from this location because it is some of the best papa johns I've had.**

The Papa John's in normal has been amazing every single time I've gotten it. In fact, I prefer it over the location off of Veteran's Parkway in Bloomington because of how well and how much better they prep the pizzas at this location than they routinely have at the other one. Staff has always been cool, and I go out of my way to visit this store even though the other locations are closer to where I live in Bloomington.

This location is consistently correct with their orders and the food is consistently good. Taste temperature and everything are great. I honestly don't know what people could find fault in at this location. I order from here all the time!

They prepare with fresh dough. Nice pizza. Breadsticks are good but i like pizza hut more.

I love papa johns vegan pizza aka no chesse no meat only veggies and sauce and I love the fact the garlic sauce is vegan also
