Domino's Pizza

I was helped by a young woman named Maryjo, who seemingly was the only one who knew what was going on in store. I respected her patience with other customers, and me while ordering specific menu items. She completed and made my order swiftly, and had a smile on her face while working under high pressure situations. I value workers like this and they deserve to be valued as well for the great product and customer service provided. Thank you so much🩷

Been on hold for 15 min waiting to get a refund on a $80 order I placed (that was cancelled) 10 days ago. And still haven’t heard a single human being talk. Don’t expect to get a refund.

I was passing thru and on break... decided to have a pizza. So.. McKenzie made it according to the app.. and YES it was perfect. Then Katlyn delivered it... FAST and HOT HOT.. stringy cheesyness.. WITH a smile! She even brought me napkins, parm and red pepper sprinkles. Katlyn and McKenzie are bound for greatness if they do do everything in their future as well as the customer service and hot pizza they provided to me today. Thank you!

Moved here three years ago. Enjoy Domino's and order about once every two to three months. Twice in two weeks, I've ordered from the Beaufort St, Normal store. Mackenzie was the name on the order. By far these two pizza's were the best I've ever had from Domino's. They should make Mackenzie a trainer for all their stores.

The new carry out window and curbside delivery makes getting pizza extremely easy. The Shift Manager who made our food was fast and courteous. He even asked if I'd like him to wear a glove to swipe my card.

Overall great experience. This will be where I order my pizzas from now on!

These guys are fantastic. Hands down the best delivery and team I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. They're super friendly, super punctual with their deliveries, and just generally an awesome team. They bring me plasticware, plates, napkins the whole 9 yards. They're fun to talk to and enjoy what they do. The food is ALWAYS perfect no matter when I order or who's making it. Very quick service and very helpful staff. They are always polite and have never botched and order. I get a similar order every time and they have always been accommodating to making sure they are timely. It is a great budget pizza for a nice Friday night movie time.

Wow very fast!!! The man who delivered my order was beyond nice!!! Could tell loves his job does great with people. I recently called about inquiry that I've been storing in my mind since the age of 7. Is it possible to order and purchase an entire pizza box filled with ranch dressing. The Phone operator on tuesday August 10th at approximately 3:15pm informed me on the greatest new since my mother being able to walk. "Yes" he said..."Yes we can do that for you". My childhood like dreams once more came alive. I am in bliss.

These guys rock! My food comes so fast and it’s always hot from the oven. The drivers are some of the nicest people I’ve met and I can’t recommend this place enough. Their new shop looks great and they even have a curbside pickup window. I have such a great experience every time!! Thank you!!!

For the fact that we ordered a thin crust pizza with three toppings, from a chain pizza place, late on a Sunday night, I have to give this place a good review. The pizza was good compared to the other alternatives and it's fast delivery and cheap. Dominos has stepped the game up, I wish the thin crust was more crispy but otherwise, good job Dominos.

I love the app! It makes ordering super easy and convenient! Pay online and pick up in the store. The coupon deals are always excellent! Not the old cardboard pizza Dominos of the old days either, the options are great, yummy!

Employees are always very cheery and professional. When I place my order they know what I mean when I say I want "the one I ordered last time." Domino's always seems to taste better than other chains' pizzas.

THE CHICKEN BACON RANCH SANDWICH!!! It's CONSISTENTLY good. If you're hesitating on the pizza, this is a much safer bet. 10/10. I would've taken a picture but I couldn't stop eating it.

This Domino's Pizza is better than most. Foods always hot and you can tell that there is cheese and toppings over the whole pizza rather than appearing to have been thrown on the pizza.

Jordan provided great service. They accidently mixed up part of the order but Jordan happily went back and drove to us again and brought us exactly what we needed. Great customer service!

Great dominos always quick and hot. Sometimes they bake too quick and the pizza isnt the most crisp but only on busy nights. Great dominos!! That garlic crust is a killer
