Went there upset that I am an older guy and wear a 52L suit and could find a classic fit suit anywhere. Had a fantastic interaction with the fella working, he helped, was attentive and did things like the old days! Bravo DXL on Kingston Pike in Knoxville, you are on point and should be a model for others to follow. Great place to shop.

Great place with an unusual man checking you out. He was extremely rude about people looking at clothes and not putting them back perfectly. I spent over 200, so I'm going to make sure it's what I like. I've read multiple comments and now I see there true. Rude but helpful to be honest.

Had options for me which is very hard to find. Really nice clothes for the Goliath in the family. I greatly appreciate them having those hard to find sizes. I highly recommend you check here for your next clothing upgrade.

The DXL store in Pigeon Forge, Tn. is fantastic. Always helpful no matter what agent is on duty. We were on our way to the hospital and needed to find things quickly. Our beautiful sales representative walk us to everything we needed (in other stores salespeople would just point to items) This is the only store we will be shopping at for clothing, although this has been our store of choice for along time, it's the friendly faces and actual personal service that keeps us loyal!

This was the biggest one ive ever been to, alot of marked down winter clothes which was good because it was a pretty cool weekend when we were over there. They also have some marked down that are factory 2nds you can find some good deals on.

The salesperson was incredibly helpful and very friendly. He seemed to be managing the customer flow and register on his own, but handled with grace and remained cool. Great selection in the store, including clearance items.

Words cannot describe the service me and my wife got today. Upon entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman who worked in the store he was concerned about my leg problems and were I couldn't get up and down the sidewalk properly. Service was excellent would rate more stars if offered will definitely be back because service was top notch.

I went to the store thats located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It was the first time ever in one of the DXL Stores but I was really impressed with the selection they offered. Great brands and prices were great too. The woman who helped me was awesome so helpful and nice which is something I really appreciate. So if you are near or just happen by one of the DXL and are somebody that needs a big and tall store then I would strongly suggest to stop and shop with them. They will differently keep my business.

It was great the guy was super nice to my father and me. My dad has been to this retail store before and they have always been before very helpful and very polite, kind, to him. We will be back.

I couldn't find a pair of pants to fit in the biggest town near me which is Greenville nc soil called your store in pigeon forge area found out you had my size I came yesterday bought 2 pair of pants a pair of shorts and a nice shirt and the lady that waited on us waking and very knolagable thanks from a big who needed some threads

Great place to shop. The employee was very nice and laid back. He was very knowledgeable in anything we asked and was very willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. One of my favorite places to shop while we were in Pigeon Forge.

We were greeted by a sweet man who was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. We were able to find what we needed at a great price!
