Tandem Bagel Company

Went to get lunch at Tandem in Florence this morning with my mother. The new store is spacious and clean. The service was excellent and a worker even came to check on us while we were eating. To make it even better, it happened it be Tandem's birthday celebration so I was able to get a delicious special edition birthday cake flavored bagel! Definitely will come back to this location and happy Tandem opened a store in my town.

I loved the Santa Fe salad. I even discovered that I like avocado! I was at the hospital for almost a week and I was dying for a good salad. My loving mother brought me one and it was just what the doctor ordered!

Thank you, Tandem! We hosted a big brunch for family the morning after our wedding, and can't say enough good things about the team and quality of bagels at Tandem. THE BEST!

I would have rated this place as 4 stars, but my wife said is need to be 5 stars for their Parmesan bagel(it was a pretty dang good bagel).

I have so many favorites from tandem it's hard to behave when you have so many delicious bagel options. Cinnamon raisin, hot and spicy 🔥 the magical sweet breakfast sandwich, of the wholesome chicken salad sandwich on top of a hot and spicy bagel just makes me do the happy dance. I love that tandem is a locally owned and continues to expand to other cities in the area.

Of the bagels in Hadley/Northampton area these are the best I have found. Good bagels, fair prices, lots of great cream cheese options including some fun rotating flavors.

They make a perfectly good latte too.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! I've been to 3 of the tandem locations and this one is by far my favorite customer service experience! And my sandwhiches and drinks were made very well and faster than expected! Can't wait to go back!

Great bagels and cream cheese! So easy to order and pay online. You can place your order for immediate pick up or set the time for later. Then just walk in and pick up the order waiting for you. Very convenient and tasty too!

I have a lot of food allergies, I’m picky and I do intermittent fasting. I arrived at tandem at almost 1 pm, an hour late for my feeding in a panic. The people in this store saw my desperate need for food and made it happen. Dan pulled me aside while we waited for the food to come out and kept me company. You could say it’s just a bottle of orange juice and a sandwich. You could say it’s just a conversation. To me great food and great company is everything. Tandem is my go to for classy high quality eats on busy days.

I was in the psych unit in the hospital and my psych nurse was like yummy tandem bagels and then my partner got me them and they’re delicious. The wild cheddar is good and the cheese garlic one and the snickerdoodle!!! Drooling

First time trying out the new location in Florence and I must say I love what they have done with the place. The food and drink was amazing the staff was super friendly and I saw them helping out an elderly customer going above and beyond. Will definitely come back and be recommending them.

The Bagels are delish! And word on the street is that they import the water from New York to make them? Many flavors, with alot of interesting fixings.

Great place for a coffee, bagel, breakfast sandwich, salad or smoothie! I appreciate that the staff always asks if I have an allergy *I do* when I order Gluten Free.
