I work at a local outpatient medical office and have a clocked lunch break. Maggin was the staff member who took my pick up order over the phone, she was so very kind, quick and efficient. Maggin was also at the register when I picked up my order, and even more kind in person including complimenting my personal appearance. I haven’t visited this location in over 5 years and I must say, this is a perfect location for this restaurant. I love my Turkey & Chipotle on Asiago as always and it’s my first time ordering a Tropical Dream smoothie, which is perfectly blended and delicious. Thanks !!

If you ever need a place to eat breakfast, you have just found it. The food is always fresh and tasty, the smoothies are made perfect every single time. The staff are always exceptionally courteous and professional, and they are happily willing to make the food correctly if it is not to your standards. Definitely an "above and beyond" business. This is not fast food as it is made fresh, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Ugh can't get enough of it, the sweet sandwich on an asiago bagel is my go to and I could probably eat 5 in one sitting I love it so much my only complaint is that I wish it was like 4 or 5 dollars per sandy not like 7 or 8, I just love tandem. Yummy yum so good I want a bagel now

It seems like a bit of an odd place to locate your breakfast joint or coffee shop, but Tandem is worth a stop even if you aren't coming from the gym. Service was fairly prompt and very courteous - though I imagine the line can build.up quickly at times

The breakfast sandwich I had was great and reasonably priced. We grabbed a dozen bagels in a variety of flavors, and all of them were great. I'm working on how to keep supplies up - the first batch were gone in no time!

Great smoothies and bagel sandwitches! The staff here are so sweet too - brought my preschooler in for a reward after getting her vaccinations. The staff made her feel so special - made her day. Thanks so much!

Great local bagel shop, and they even have good homemade gluten free bagels. I do prefer the Hadley location though (drive thru and larger selection).

My only gripe is how quick they sell out of things. I'm not an early riser so I've missed out on some stuff. But the bagels are good, they make a damn good breakfast sandwich and latte.

Best damn bagels around. I gobble the hot and spicy bagel at least 3 times a week. Don't tell my trainer.

Bagels are amazing, with so many other options for those who don’t like bagels (hard to believe but possible), with great toppings and many varieties of cream cheese as well
