The shirts I needed were out of stock, however, the associate was very helpful and place the order for me! I have not had any issues since I started getting my son’s uniform. I really like and recommend them.

Went to get my kindergartner his first batch of school clothes, and after reading the last 6-10 month’s worth of reviews I was a bit nervous. Lots of comments on here about poor customer service, so my expectations were low.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice employee who had a clothing list with our school’s requirements. She walked us to the exact part of the store that shelved our school’s clothes, answered our questions, provided solutions, and made a potential stressful situation painless. In addition to her assistance, we were helped by two other employees along the way who were just checking in as we were trying on clothes.

Not sure if this store has done some staffing changes, or if we just got lucky, but they far exceeded our expectations and we left very satisfied.

When we arrived at the store, I was a little nervous about getting exactly what my daughter would need. That changed as soon as we walked in! The cashier went beyond cashiers were expected. She answered questions that I had. I had one question she couldn't answer, and, instead of saying IDK, she found someone to answer.
The floor associates were also amazing. Kristen, in particular, was so friendly and professional. She was able to get the items my daughter needed and even listened to my child to make sure she was comfortable in the selected items. Kristen also made sure she had a positive shopping experience.
All the staff were pleasant and made what I thought would be a bad experience into a good experience. We have 3 other kids to fit, and, we look forward to going back.

I wanted to write a quick review since there are so many 1 stars. We went in, there were signs everywhere and most things were clearly marked. When we needed assistance it wasn't hard to find someone to help and he was very nice and helpful. We were also asked a few times if we needed help while we were in other sections, and while my kid was trying on clothes we were even asked if we needed them to pull any other sizes off the shelf for us. We went at a not-so-busy time and I can't speak to the online service, but everyone was very nice and helpful. I would guess the people complaining about customer service probably went during very busy times and the staff was just overwhelmed.

Whew. I can tell alot of people leaving bad reviews have likely never worked retail.

There will be things out of stock, especially if you wait until the last minute to buy uniforms from a store that serves so many schools. I went in to purchase my kids winter gear ahead of time in August. While I was in I was talking to an associate about ordering the sizes I needed because they were out due to CUSTOMS related issues and other shipping delays that they have no control over. She was audibly upset that the shipments hadn't come in. Becaude of this they were severely behind. I ordered my jackets and was quotes 2-3 weeks, I got a call 4 days later that my embroidery order was ready. Be patient. Don't wait till last minute. And definitely don't be rude to someone that has no control over orders being delayed. I'm sure they are just as frustrated as you are.

Oh. And don't be mad if you remove tags and can't return an item. Retail 101, my friend. Do better.

Want to add to all the positive recent comments. They are obviously doing something right.
They were well organized, staff knew what they were doing and were extremely attentive and patient.
Given that this not fun for anyone, kids, parents or staff, I had a great shoping experience.

The staff at the store were very accomodating. They had no problem locating all of my daughters uniform pieces, assisting us in trying them on, and they even embroidered the school emblem on a jacket for us so we wouldn't have to come back to pick it us. So nice and respectful. The store was clean and well organized and has book lists for your kids needs. Thank you so much for all your help.

Friendly staff and a well organized store. The employee helping us made sure we had all the correct items for each grade level and found our sizes quickly. Made shopping with two small kids very easy!

Such A GREAT store and They Have A Variety of Inventory...if your looking for a 1 stop shop come here. Next door they even do embroidery. I drove from Cedar Hill, and the staff are always nice

Excellent customer service. Variety of sizes and options to choose from for uniforms. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Shopping at the beginning of the summer with several weeks before school started was a breeze!

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. We get our work shirts done here and they always look incredible. Definitely recommend if you need custom embroidery.

We always get great service here, we usually try to shop towards the end of July before the August rush. But everyone is always really friendly and really helpful.
