Jessie, here at T-Mobile on W. Patrick Street helped me with a predicament I placed myself in with the highest form of professionalism beyond what is considered the norm. He heard me without criticism. His empathy towards my situation is outstanding. As I was sitting here, three customers came in, asking specifically for his help! This speaks volumes as to how he deals with T-Mobile customers!!!

Well attended by Karla, at the West Patrick location in Frederick. She was able to get me into a bundle that helped me save money and time when it came choosing the perfect plan. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional.

Very helpful staff. Very respectful. I bought an iPhone 13 pro max and on the same day I had to exchange due to small scratch on the phone. They did it without any hassle even after 8pm (after business hours) I recommend this place!!

I felt really bad because we didn't feel the customer service at this store. The two times we went there to activate my sim card, they never tell us "we'll help you shortly" but when this workers saw another customers coming then they were kind with the other customers.
