My phone was ran over by multiple cars and a Mac truck. Brought it into UBreakIFix and they restored it to a new phone! Thanks to Brian And The folks in the front. I highly recommend this place.

I fell and smashed the glass on my Pixel phone. I work remotely and require my phone to work. I was sure I'd have to leave the phone and pick it up next day. I walked into the shop a half hour before close and they had the screen fixed in less than 15 minutes, saying Pixel phones are one of the easiest. Great customer service, and I would recommend to friends.

Came in yesterday before my overnight shift with a AT&T claim that I filed late Zach took good care of me and made sure I received the piece of mind that my phone only needed a screen replacement and it would be good to gonna he was finished with it I came back to pick up my phone it was working again I was so blessed that I ended up buying a case and a screen protector will recommend this location will definitely be telling my friends and family about this place

Took Xbox (the mini fridge) in to have the HDMI port looked at. They fixed it perfectly and also gave it a really good deep clean. Very Satisfied, will definitely return if I have anymore problems with electronics

Dropped off my Samsung Galaxy Flip 5 phone for dead pixels issue at 11am and picked it up at 3pm. The process was seamless and employees were courteous. I also fixed my wife's iphone cracked screen here before.

Awesome associates with great customer service. fixed my screen and a issue on another phone that a different store (that is now closed) couldn't fix. Highly recommend them for any phone repairs.

Did an excellent job repairing my son’s iPhone screen and was very patient and walking me through resetting his iCloud password. Everyone was very friendly and understanding and everything was completed in timely manner.

I came in to see about getting my ps5 fixed and I’ve was greeted by Chris n and before I made my decision to see if this was the best shop for my repair I asked Chris who turned out to be the manager of the store answered all my questions and that eased my mind that my repair was in greats hands when I came in yesterday I was greeted again by Chris n and he showed me that my ps5 was now fixed and my hdmi was replaced I recommend this location I also love that I get a 1 year warranty for my repair

It wasn't an easy process to get the work order correct so the work could be done on my phone through Samsung Care +, but that wasn't the fault of UBreakiFix. Service at the store location was good and I feel they went above and beyond.

I came in a 6:45pm yesterday and Chris Reed explained how the process will go and made sure I understood and made me comfortable knowing my phone was in good hands love the team and will be back and I most definitely will be recommending them to all my friends

My 2015 MAC Laptop look brand new! I brought it in because the screen was broken and thought it was no longer operable. They fixed it in days and it looks amazing. Great work!

Service was great. Had a broke iphone screen, i dropped the phone off and picked up back up all within 2 hours, highly recommend. Additionally, Chris at the front desk was very helpful and informative.
