Phone Doctor Frederick

Heard and read a few good things about this facility. Initially skeptical, but wanted to check them out and here are my findings. The phone was repaired within promised time. I originally went to a repair place in the mall. And a couple other facilities as well because I wanted to make sure the purchase was well researched. The price for repair was more of a premium than other locations but the quality of work and experience was amazing. The only negative thing I would say is that the facility is hard to find since it is off of a residential street. After overcoming that obstacle, the rest was easy Peezy lemon squeezy. I am glad that I was able to come to Phone Doctor instead and everything worked out perfectly. I am so happy with the results! I definitely recommend Phone Doctor. I felt valued and was able to be seen right away. Below are some pictures attached to showcase the phone before and after repair. I also purchased a screen protector to help support small business businesses here in Frederick.

3td time visit, phone doctor was able to repair my phone on his day off. Explainrd the issue and how to prevent this from happening in the future. I am a service engineer for industrial air compressors and appreciate the transparency and integrity of work here.

Referred by Isaac of Verizon repair center. Hard to find and I drove from west minister Baltimore but worth the drive. As I was getting my phone looked at, another visitor was sharing stories about how she’s been visiting this repair center for years now. I’m particular about my repairs and this place has a good vibe.

I dropped my phone on gravel. It was still working without a scratch on it but the screen went black. I called different phone repair shops and found this one. Luxse is so nice! He fixed my phone in 30 min, and let me negotiate the price down to make it more affordable for me. I'm so happy to have my phone back!

Updated January 2024: Visited again and the gentleman helped me figure out some settings for my notifications. Pleasant each time across the years.

My doogee s99 needed a screen repair because it stopped working. Phone doctor had the parts and got it done within reasonable time. Great job, good customer service. Love the Frederick vibe and very knowledgeable in his field. Would recommend!

Best ever fix phone while we wait. Screen protector best of best. He took care of my grandson when the screen blacked out. Found them from referral of Apple Store in Columbia .

Life changing moment, he repaired an iPhone 6s that has been dead for months. This phone had priceless memories that I couldn't access. I highly recommend him for all your phone needs!! I can't thank him enough!!

This is a fantastic place to come to fix your devices, I come to replace my screen for my iPad, and is look new now, also I get screen protector free for my iPhone which was great. Service is really good, and attention is one of the best that I see in my life.

My iPhone 13 accidentally dropped on a hammer and made a crack that was difficult for me to use the phone. I shop ran at a couple places and phone doctor had a fair price, most importantly, he had the parts in stock, and was able to get it done in a timely fashion. Loved the screen protector selections he has and also an external battery pack for my phone so that I can stay working longer without needing to charge as much in between. Perfect.

I've been using Phone Doctor for years. Very responsive business. Lux has fixed two of my phones previously and now my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max. I wouldn't use anyone else.

My work iPhone stopped charging out of nowhere. I needed it fixed quickly as I'm headed on a business trip in a few days. I found Phone Doctor Frederick on Google - it was one of the highest ranking repair facilities with a fast turnaround time.
Even though I showed up without an appointment, he was super friendly and immediately started evaluating my phone. He assessed the issue while I was standing there, and gave me a very reasonable price. It was fixed within an hour, and now my phone charges flawlessly again. He also installed a high-quality screen protector that feels super durable, but isn't clunky or noticable like other ones I've used before.
I will absolutely be bringing my devices here if I have another issue! Now if he'd also start doing car repairs as well, this place would be a 12/10.

Replaced battery, charge port and speakerphone for my phone. This is third time and it’s been perfect each time. Diagnosed and treated diseases in my phone that was not even aware of them. Phones is loud now. Without a doubt, the best in Frederick and beyond!

This is my third visit and each time has been great! The phone doctor helped me configure my watch and explained how to use different features on it. Beautiful watch face and watch bands!

My phone got run over by a dump truck when I dropped it from my motorcycle. Other repair shops weren’t able to do the repairs because it was “damaged beyond repair”. My wife found phone doctor on google and the person was very understanding and advised me to bring in the phone for a diagnostics. The assessment was very brief but comprehensive and thorough. Most importantly they got my iPhone fixed up and all my business contacts were recovered in less than a day! They even helped me configure my new Apple Watch ⌚ . The ratings and reviews set high expectations but these guys met and surpassed my expectations. I attached a before and after pictures to showcase the work. As a courtesy he helped troubleshoot and explain that my dad’s charge port on his Alcatel flip phone. It just had a failed charging cable. Honesty is the best policy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if your time is important and you want the job done right the first time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best place ever! He does a great job with phone and Apple Watch repairs, great selection of accessories and best to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Located near Costco in Frederick!

My phone dropped on the concrete and stopped charging. A quick search on the internet pulled up phone doctor and he was relatively close to me. The repair required additional parts and the phone doctor didn't Bill extra for the additional time or parts needed. Excellent experience and will recommend to other family members. Attached is the parts replace during the service on my Samsung s22 Plus. Has my family's business going forward!

Excellent service and an awesome experience. Here’s some details of it: My phone experienced symptoms a few days after the initial repair. The good Phone Doctor made an exception out of his schedule and fixed it without additional fees. No coffee or lounge area but he’ll offer a stool to join him during the repair procedure. Which I thoroughly appreciated! I can recognize good work when I see it and just as importantly - good customer service. I didn’t have a Google Gmail account to write a review initially but the technician went above and beyond duty so I took a few days to set up an account just to help others see why it may be worth their time to see him for computers, cellphones, and soon automotive repair diagnostics. Highly recommend Phone Doctor.

I would give this place a TWO STAR ⭐⭐ if I could and I’ll tell you why at the end of the review. But first the good points about this place. A hidden gem in Frederick! Needed my phone to be unlocked so that I can travel overseas. After many weeks of frustration tmobile / Apple Store was not able to resolve because the account was in someone else’s name. Phone doctor was able to get me taken care of within the same day. So why the two stars? First, they don’t serve coffee. Second, you have to book an appointment. And lastly, I live in downtown Frederick but he won’t do house calls!!

Did an amazing job only took maybe 30 minutes. Really nice and will get you right. Glad my grandpappy found him. I been following him on TikTok for ages now! Didn’t know he moved but we called in and he moved to a spot that’s even more convenient to us. Right near pine cliff park and Costco. 📍
