Stopped in AutoZone and Tre was so helpful!! I needed a new battery for my key fob. He had the battery changed in seconds. I have stopped in for new windshield wipers and other items like that and Tre is always so nice and friendly!

Dwight is incredible. He helped me find the right wiper blades and headlight as I needed mine replaced. Her installed them and treated me well. Great place and fast service

The clip that holds my driver's side wind shield wiper blade broke and they looked up which kind I needed and installed it for me. They are awesome!

I stopped at the LITH location to have my battery tested after my vehicle stalled a few times earlier that day. Isacc helped right away and confirmed my battery had very low voltage. Instead of up selling a brand new battery for $270, this great team of experts; Isacc, Gabriel and Josie, gave me a couple options. I was very impressed with their honesty and level of customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer at this location.

Went in to buy battery and have it changed. (Was time, last install 11/2017) Turns out my starter was also going out at same time and we couldn't get it started with new battery. The employees came to the rescue and tapped on the starter. We got my vehicle running so I could drive it over to my mechanic. Thanks guys!

Packed up my car to head to Wisconsin went to start it and nothing - my son got a super charger from a neighbor called auto zone and they said come on in - within 40 minutes I had a new battery installed and 1 new windshield wiper and I was on my way👍thank you GABRIEL🤩

I had 2 different cars recently where my headlight went out.

I picked up a headlight from Autozone and they not only helped me get the correct headlight, but when I had trouble getting my hand in the tight space to change it, they did it for me in just a few minutes.

Then last night, my daughter's headlight went out and I wasn't available. I sent her there and they also got her the bulb and installed it for her.

This not only saved me some money, but got her safely back on the road with both working headlights.

I just wanted to share and say I will definitely be going back there the next time I need something!

They tested in detail both my battery and alternator, were nice and professional.

Update: a week later I returned to get the battery replaced and they did it promptly and free of charge. High Five to the Team at that store.

I came in one Saturday evening trying to diagnose and repair an ignition misfire on my car. I was struggling trying to figure out which cylinder had the misfire and was also struggling with how to actually replace the bad ignition coil once I found the problem. Shawn (red shirted automotive genius behind the counter) was there to help me that evening and thank goodness he was. This guy REALLY knows his stuff! Not only did he tell me exactly how to diagnose the misfire but then told me how to easily replace the bad coil. I thought it was going to be way more complicated and Shawn explained the whole procedure in step by step in detail and even threw in some excellent "tips" to help ensure the job was a success. Not only did I fix the misfire within an hour that evening - I even went back the next morning and bought a complete tune up kit and did a complete ignition tune up in a fraction of the time I thought it would. My 114,000 mile car runs like new! Shawn, I thank you once again for your most polite, respectful, professional and spot-on accurate repair advice and guidance. Thanks for empowering me, cause that's what you did.

I've been here many times. Staff is good. They let me exchange the wrong size tool I bought with the correct version without any hassle.

Staff is really nice and very helpful. Been going there for years. Not their fault, but I still don't like the Autozone rewards program. If you don't spend more than $20 per visit you get no credit towards the program.

Customer service was great. I arrived 15min prior to closing and needed a new battery. Not only did I buy a new car battery, they helped me change it in the parking lot. Very much appreicated.
