I absolutely hate going to the post office because it’s confusing and I always felt like they just wanted to take my money rather than help me figure out the best options. This is by far the best post office I’ve ever been to. I specifically go to this one regularly because the ladies are SO nice, helpful and they think outside of the box. They help educate and don’t assume you know everything. I look forward to going to this post office. These ladies put a smile on my face every time! 💖

One of the most reliable Post Offices in the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, efficient and supportive of an individual's needs. No matter the package of your item. The priority is to their customers. Helped me on many frustrating occasions (to no fault of their own) Passport dilemma out of the control of the Post Office.

This is a small local post office, for the most part being operated by two postal clerks that are as friendly and helpful as could be. During my first several years experience there it was operated by postal clerks “Rev” & “Yvonne” , both very kind & helpful until retirement.

The post office is now being operated by newer postal clerks to the Seagaze, Oceanside location “Steve” & “ Michelle”, both extremely helpful, kind & friendly. I can’t say enough about both of them.
They both take pride in their job performance, as well as both seem to love working for USPS and serving the local community of Oceanside.
Both “Steve” & “Michelle” always great you with kindness, smile treating you as if you are a friend.

Michelle is as adorable & sweet as can be!
Steve is a friendly, handsome fella as well.

I can reassure you that any negative reviews about this locations or it’s postal clerks are only coming from “Those” people that are already miserable searching for something daily & ridiculous to complain about before stepping out the door. There are always some of “Those” people regardless where the complaint may be lodged !
Just pray for them & disregard the rest of their negative BS :)

I highly recommend the USPS Oceanside, 517 Seagaze Dr location if you are looking for a warm & welcome local Post Office that you will actually enjoy doing business with as I have for many years

We have been coming here regularly for our mailing needs. " Steve" is the man! He's always so cheerful and very helpful. He greets everyone and ask how their day is going and ask him any mailing questions, he got you! One of the best customer service ever!

My wife & I are visiting Oceanside and placed an Amazon order which was shipped w/USPS. Not possessing a mail key for our rental, we were unable to receive the delivered order. Post office employees were extremely friendly and coordinated the order picked up from the mailbox and personally re-delivered by the mail carrier to our door. Fabulous and caring pre-holiday service! Great job, postal team and thank you!

I don't know how anyone could complain about this place. The staff is super friendly and there is hardly ever a long wait there. Being a smaller post office they close for lunch because there are only a couple of employees, so plan around that, I have seen other post offices that do the same. To give 1 star based on that is very entitled... Love the Seagaze PO!

Most postive postal experience ever. Steve is wonderful. So helpful and so patient as he guided us through figuring out multiple shipping issues. Nice people are the best.

I hope this small PO never closes. It still has the feeling of a small town place. The staff is super friendly, has offered me advice on how to save on mailing costs, and more. For all the flack that the post office gets, really - this group is "old-school-nice".

This is a great Post Office. They're always friendly, polite and helpful. Usually not too busy, but definitely steady flow of people.

Great post office !!! Highly recommend The 2 employees in the front are efficient, kind, personable and make it a positive experience. It’s usually about three or four minute wait unless it is Christmas.

By far the best and most friendly post office! They actually remember their customers, too! The historic building is beautiful!!

Had a PO box here since 1970's. Should be considered part of the "historical sites/sights to see" in Oceanside. Beautiful, Classic, Rich in local roots. Slow down and enjoy!
