North County Roastery

This super cute coffee shop shares a lot with the Switchboard restaurant, so the menu photo may have elements from Switchboard - but this review is for North County Roastery! I came on a Sunday with a friend and we ordered several coffees and a tea. I got the lavender vanilla latte and the maple latte, and she got a chai tea latte. We both really enjoyed our drinks, though the maple latte was a stand out! They were well crafted, not too sweet and not bland. The drinks had a great flavor and beautiful latte art. I really enjoyed the presentation, the taste, and the experience! I did dine at Switchboard for the food but the two go hand in hand and both were a lovely experience. I highly recommend visiting!

We ordered a mocha, a nitro cold brew, and the Da Kine Toast Sticks off the lunch menu — it was the best french toast and coffee we've had in years! The place is bright and beautiful too and the staff are on top of it and very friendly

Fantastic cold brew, personalized service and atmosphere. Great sunny windows to sit by or patio to sit outside at. Good food to! Menu options are eclectic and creative. Definitely will go here again.

Absolutely amazing cappuccino this morning in this amazing coffee spot. First time here and I can say their staff is kind and caring they also make great coffee! The ambiance was chill with the aroma of the quality brew filling the air. Highly recommend stopping in and starting your morning here

Found this outstanding local micro lot roasting coffee shop right next to the cool little Hilton Fin Hotel.
Jason took the time to explain the roasting process. Had their Ethiopian light roast & my boss/wife had their lovely lavender latte with macadamia milk.
Was so impressed that I bought 5 bags of whole bean coffee.
Truly sweet service from the staff there.

Best coffee in town, amazing food and the friendliest staff! The chai latte is great too

Excellent quality and very nice service. Plus, if you buy coffee they give you a whole pound! I recommend splitting the coffee flight with a friend and trying three coffees in three forms. The Peruvian was our favorite!

Wow! One of the best Coffee & Restaurants in North County & Oceanside! We ❤ this place! Perfect balance between ambience, food and drink. The croissant breakfast sandwich 🥪 is very tasty! Connected to the Fin Hotel, just an amazing experience!

Absolutely delicious coffee/espresso! If you are around in Oceanside, CA and a coffee lover you must try here. I really liked the smokey and bold flavor but smooth less bitterness coffee. I had a Flat White and this was the best Flat White I ever had.

This place is perfect if you're looking for a perfectly portioned bite with the confortable coffee house feel,I loved that they have vegan options. The coconut matcha latte was my favorite part.
