It gets a little pack depending on the time and day. I enjoyed their chocolate section by the entrance. I was bakery hopping so by the time I reached this bakery I didn’t have much space in my stomach to try more things. I definitely recommend to try their selection. They do have more variety than the others I tried and their taste was significantly better. I will try again and edit this post if comes to it. I loved the plants and green atmosphere of the restaurant, sitting in is definitely comfortable unless you are the type of person that likes to eat sweets while walking. I enjoy eating sweets and walking from time to time but this is a “must sit down”.

If you want delicious baked goods, this is the spot. Everything is fresh, warm and tasty! We ended up sharing what we purchased, nothing was too sweet. Just perfect. When in Solvang, don’t miss out on this place!

I love pastries, so we decided to get some at Danish Mill Bakery. We also got 2 buckets of danish cookies to share with my kids' teachers, vice principal, principal, and staff. I also shared it with my family. These are great cookies to give as gifts. All the bakeries sell these buckets of danish cookies. Try to get one on your next visit to solvang.

Went to shop on Sunday March 10… bust but had all items in stock. The owl eyes, both raspberry and apricot, are to die for. They are so soft and flavorful

Everything looks so good and yummy that I want a taste of each pastry and dessert….hahaha. We went for breakfast at 9AM

We definitely bought a lot: Danish continental breakfast (milk, orange juice, a roll with havarti cheese, a strawberry and cheese Danish), a cinnamon bun, an apple fritter, a ham and cheese roll, a piece of princess cake, and a Danish Kringle.

My favorite is definitely the Danish Kringle. Outside is flaky, slightly crispy, and top with almond. Inside is soft and moist with filling. There is a hint of sea salt. The pastry is shaped into a big pretzel. Heavenly yummy!!!

Old Denmark.. the whole town in mid western America.. and tastes great!

Plenty of delicious treats and they have the best Danish princess , I love their cookies and I had the best time tasting all their treats.

Absolutely the best bakery in Solvang! From their incredible fresh danishes to their apple cinnamon pull apart bread everything is fantastic. Don't forget to get a tub of danish cookies on your way out!

Absolutely recommend this place! They are not as big as the famous Olsen bakery across the street, but the quality is OBVIOUS. The lemon cake is divine! I can't wait to eat the kringle. People are so friendly. Please, come here for the best pastries.

I had a cinnamon cherry danish and a cappuccino. They were soooo good! The staff were friendly and gave everyone in there complimentary candies because there was a lot of noise from staff putting together new tables. I will go back for sure!

Good bakery nice place we had cookies ,marzipan cake

Stopped here on our way out from Santa Barbara in June. Tons of pastry choices, they are very fresh. We got cheese and fruit pastries, they were delicious and fresh. We also got one break fast sandwich to share. It was freshly cooked with melty cheese and had nice little horseradish zing to it. Coffee was tasty as well. The service was great, they answered all of our questions and helped us out on making a great choice.

Lovely place, lovely pastries. Everything looked so good that we had a hard time choosing one. The Napoleon was fantastic, oh so yummy. The chocolate dipped macaroons were delicious too. Both coffees we bought (a latte and a cappuccino were fresh and hot). Highly recommend :)

I only had a pistachio croissant, and it was delicious. If I were more hungry, I would have sampled other things
