We stopped in to grab a cup of coffee after lunch and it was quite crowded. They have free wifi and there were several people with laptops working. The inside was pretty cute with a lot of plants surrounding the area. The service was quick and the coffee was good and reasonably priced. Overall a good stop!

Such a charming coffee shop! Beautiful aesthetic & vibes. Friendly barista served me an amazing oat milk latte! My partner got an oat milk hot chocolate & enjoyed it as well!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Pittsburgh! I came here multiple times a week to work and study or talk with my partner. On nice days you can sit outside and relax at their tables on Forbes Ave which is beautiful especially in the mornings 😊

I'd recommend trying their seasonal lattes like the maple and ginger latte. They also make good tea! I paid $6 for their seasonal latte but you can get regular coffee for less.

Peaceful ambience with calm music, but sometimes rock/punk music light in the background. There is great natural light from the windows and lots of plants and locally made art. You can also buy coffee beans here as well as art and merch (nice t-shirts). AND they have gluten free pastries!

This has been my favorite coffee spot since college. There’s been only one unpleasant incident: I had something bitter in their blueberry muffin — after I let the staff know I was given a one dollar voucher so it wasn’t that bad. They don’t really make the food from scratch so I don’t consider it their fault. Otherwise, it’s always been a pleasure to get a coffee and get some reading/homework done in this place. Once I placed the wrong order and upon getting my whole milk matcha and doublechecking if it’s oat milk, the barista immediately made another one for me. I also enjoy their nut and seed bar a lot, a very healthy treat when you crave sweets.

I don't normally review coffee places as they are usually all the same over roast, over extracted, burnt garbage like what's served at Starbucks. This place is amazing. It's a bit expensive compared to other coffee places, but that premium is well worth it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the atmosphere is very warm and cozy.

I got an Ethiopian pour over "duromina" and it was fantastic. Great sweetness, and the taste of blackberry came through excellently. They had all the right equipment too, from kettle, to grinder, to pour over cone.

They also have a nice succulent, +10 points.

The coffee was fantastic and so was the pepperoni roll. It was fairly busy but my coffee was ready quickly. The roll did take a bit longer. I have several allergies and had no pushback when I asked about ingredients.

My go-to place for matchas in Sq hill. I just wished they were open for longer. The baristas are always very helpful.

One of the best coffee place in Pittsburgh! We have a lot of coffee place around our apartment area so we don’t explore other coffee place very often. But we passed by here a couple of times and it’s always crowded. We curious, we tried and we determined this is one of the best! The raspberry and rose latte is awesome! Not sweet at all but have rose scent in it. The latte art is pretty too. Highly recommend!

Loved the coffee. I ended up getting the brown sugar cardamom clove latte and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new drink to try. Great place to study as well. 10/10

super cute place, workers are so nice (even though i was totally out of it when i was ordering), for a small business prices make sense. starbucks is more expensive, ugly, corporate, and problematic- go here instead!

Loved sitting outside. The grilled cheese was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had! I also had the chocolate chip cookie which was just okay, but everything else was 10/10.

Always enjoy each location. My go-to is lavender/vanilla (half and half) lattes. Delicious. I must say though, I cannot recommend the dougie with espresso. It looks enticing! It’s fun! It’s trendy! But please avoid 😬

Still one of the best coffee shops in the city. They are always brimming with a mix of people having friendly business meetings, pushing strollers, or quietly at work on some big project. A good place to wake up and start the day.

The understated exterior camouflages itself from the Starbucks crowd and attracts those who take the art of espresso a little more seriously.

Consistently solid quality from insanely skilled baristas. In my opinion, the best latte in town, and one of my favorite places to show off to visiting friends. You will want to lick the cup when you finish your latte.

Update: Even after all these years, this remains my favorite coffee shop in the greater Pittsburgh area. We routinely purchase their beans to brew at home, and our experience visiting any of their locations is consistently delightful.

Definitely one of the best coffee shops in Pittsburgh. It's commitment to sustainability and the community alone really makes it a gem among the Squirrel Hill neighborhood. Not to mention the sweet treats to choose from and their selection of craft coffee beverages.

We stopped here with friends on a Saturday morning while visiting Pittsburgh for the weekend. It was busy but we did not have to wait long for our drinks, which were high quality. I had a cappuccino and it was excellent. It was evident that the staff knew exactly what they were doing making the drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and we could have stayed there all day talking and hanging out.
