Panera Bread

What a big difference between this site and one that I've gone to before. The service at the waterfront was wonderful, the staff was extremely friendly and the food was very good. Really wish all Paneras were like the one at the waterfront

This location looks pretty much like most other Panera breads that I’ve been around the country. The menu is typical. the service was ok. Free internet is a plus.

Really nice location and the staff was great! I came in for a takeout order 1 minute early and the manager already ran over to get my name and made sure it got out to me in under 5 minutes. He apologized for the delay and was so friendly and attentive!

Vernon has superb customer service skills!! We really enjoyed his enthusiasm and kindness!! Some people just work in this kind of business, but Vernon thrives!

The girl taking our order was fantastic. She was kind and helpful and very perky. She had some great suggestions for additions to compliment our meal. The restaurant was clean and the food tasted fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!

I like the pick 2 and everything has been tasty

Fresh food and pastries. Employees not very interested in getting you through quickly as they chat amongst themselves. They will eventually do what it takes to ensure you receive quality item's you will just have to wait for them to be ready to do that.

I had a delicious breakfast sandwich served hot and fresh. The service was quick and the staff was very polite. The restaurant was clean. It looks like things really turned around since my last visit.

I arrived shortly before closing time & asked if it was too late to order. Cashier was extremely pleasant & said "Of course not!" I ordered & had a few discounts which she commented on (I was rockin'!) At least 3 people came in after me (was already past 6) and everyone was not only waited on, but were able to get meals. On top of that, the cooks were all pleasant and weren't complaining about being there later. My sandwich was delicious & the energy was great!

Store & bathroom was both very clean. I'd definitely visit this location again.

I can always count on Panera to be a nice place to get a cuppa coffee and do some work. I really enjoy their ginger tea.

The gentleman at the front counter was very accommodating when there were no more chocolate croissants and even offered for me to call in advance next time to set aside a few croissants for me personally so they don’t run out next time! Will definitely be going back!

My mother, recently retired, and I made this our weekly "meet-up" place. Since going there regularly, we met a group that started out with 5 members and now has about 8 members who also meet regularly, several times a week. Both the patrons and staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The pastries and coffee are the favorites to both of our groups. I have had the bread bowl soups and they truly are perfect for a light lunch or tide-me-over. I really haven't had anything I don't like. Honestly.

Very quick and accurate on getting orders together and very professional and courteous customer service.

Staff here are very friendly and efficient. Especially dealing with a lot of customers. Food good quality. Better than some other places(fast food). We as customers have to remember that.

Its amazing. They have really good soups, breads and sandwiches. I got there about 3 times a week. Recommended going there

I've never been to a Panera bread that I didn't like and or encounter employees that were nice. This location was just the same as any other, medium sized store with friendly staff, and fast service.

I like there broccoli cheddar soup and every time I got it fresh except once .

Tasty breakfast & smoothie, good strong coffee to get our day rolling. The “Artisan Chocolate Pastry “ was the perfect breakfast dessert!
