Amazing service. Been using art for like 15 years at this point. Saves me a ton of time getting all my mail to one location for all my businesses and personal mail instead of to my home address and having to change everything every few years when I move.

Plus he texts me photos when something urgent comes in and I can’t come right away or am out of town!

Hi, I moved to California three months ago a small town a very friendly town Encinitas, California and as I was moving here I wanted a reliable mailbox station which I found on 2nd Street in Encinitas, which is called mailbox station. I signed up there and it’s nothing but nice things to say about this mailbox station, the people there are extremely nice very very helpful Arthur, the owner and the girls who work there, Paige and Jen they are so nice so kind and so helpful that you are always welcome there. Sometimes I had to get things after hours and even help me to get it out. These people will help you all the time even when you get special mail and they will call you to let you know that ur mail is here. I don’t even have to worry about it. They just keep it on the side for me and they hold it for me. Let me know it’s there and when I go there they’re always helpful very pleasant. The girls there Jen and Paige are extremely friendly and the owner Arthur which goes by the nickname Art very nice I do all my shipping things over there and get all my mail at mailbox station anybody who’s moving to Encinitas area Carlsbad please use this mailbox because the other commercial mailboxes just gonna treat you like a number here you’re treating like a friend and you’re always welcome six stars for everybody at the mailbox station. Art at the Mailbox Station did a fantastic job packing and shipping a harmonium all the way from Encinitas, CA to Maryland. The instrument arrived in perfect condition. It's is now set up nicely in my meditation room. I cannot be happier for the wonderful service provided. I highly recommend the Mailbox Station for your shipping needs!

I've been getting my mail at Art's Mailbox Station since 1984. I can truly say, Art and his family have become my family. They are so sweet and accommodating, it's like the most friendly place in town! Art is a dedicated business owner and has created a large hub of local activity. Art handles FedEx, UPS, all post office services, and puts our mail into our individual mail boxes as early as possible every day. This family owned Mailbox Station offers convenience in a congenial, friendly environment. 10 Stars!

I've been a customer of The Mailbox Station for over 20 years. I have a private box there, and I use them for all of my shipping needs. They are without a doubt the most reliable business I've ever worked with. Art, the owner, is the friendliest person you could ever meet and provides the best customer service, hands down.

I love the convenient location and I love knowing that when I leave a package there, it will get delivered on time, in the manner I requested, every single time. I also can trust them for all important documents that are being sent to me.

Art and Agnes are good people. They kept me connected to my mail for years, an integral part of my mobile lifestyle for years. I had a similar experience in Haiku and Makawao on Maui with a different family postal shop. Recently back in California, I looked into Earth Class Mail and estimated my cost at $1250/year. I called Art and set-up a new box - easy as calling an old neighborhood buddy.

Another few years have passed since I wrote this review. Art is still there, a dependable friend. Now, with a house in the midwest and a sailboat on the east coast I again turned to Art to manage my mail. The post office will only hold mail 30 days then RTC. Art will send me what I need where ever I go and I intend to sail around the world. Again and again, thank you, Art!

On a scale of 1-10 Art and his staff deserve a 10+ ! With excellent service for close to ten years I was very fortunate in having had Art oversee the handling of my letters and packages in an honest, punctual and thorough manner.

As a digital nomad who sails the 7 seas, Art is my mail anchor. Art is the Last of the Mohicans when it comes to customer service as a family owned business. There is a special place for him in heaven as Angels keep their boxes there. I left my heart in 1106 Second St., Encinitas - Mail Box Station, but Art shipped it to me with some candy valentines. Its where the Chargers should have moved. Etc.
