Build-A-Bear Workshop

Oh my goodness! This is the best place ever. I'm 37 and I still enjoyed making a stuffed animal. I highly recommend for all of the stuffy lovers, all ages!

Went to get my granddaughters First Birthday bear. Great experience. Store was crowded making it hard to get around with a stroller. Employees enthusiastic attitudes made it a memorable trip. Hope to make this an annual event❤

This workshop is amazing. We were helped by Alaejha and Cecily, both of them make our kid's experience personal, magical, and memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The staff was so helpful! My voice recording had background noise so they gave me a new voice recorder and let me go in the back to record with no background noise. Thank you!

I went for my daughter's first birthday, the workers were super sweet and accommodating to give my daughter the best experience! I love it. Everything was stocked up, the store was clean, and if they have something you do want that's not in the store they will order it for you!

They were so nice and helpful and even though I'm older than the usual clientele, we got to do the heart ceremony and I got a birthday crown :)

My 1st experience with Build-A-Bear Workshop. I took my youngest granddaughter. She had a wonderful time, and so did I. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I got two stuffy animals for my kids and the associate made it so memorable for my children. Great experience

The man who stuffed the bears for our son and daughter was so incredibly kind. He made their first experience magical, having them make a wish and hug their bears tight. We were so impressed by his patient interaction with them. Thank you!

My daughter had a very nice time building her first Build-A-Bear at Fair Oaks mall Build-A-Bear. The customer service team was very responsive to my email. It is nice to go to a store and see an actual product. I think after COVID people got used to things coming right to their house, but building a bear was all about the experience.

Took my 4 year old today for his birthday. I didn’t catch the name of the employee but he was wonderful! He gave him a birthday hat, a sticker and a light up birthday cake. It was a wonderful experience.

My family that was in town visiting my husband , son and I got his first purchases today for his 3rd birthday today 05/28/2022 ( though his actual birthday was Tuesday 05/24 ) . He really enjoyed his time and loves his stuffed friends. Will be back to get more clothes and make another for him. Thank you !

Children had a great 1st experience here...can't wait to return. The young lady was so sweet with my trio and they've asked daily to return. Hopefully you'll bring back birthday celebrations by March foe my twin boys.

I like this location. It's spacious, plenty of product and the employees make it a fun experience. It's also clean and organized. There are often promotions to take advantage of but it's important to set a budget for your kids before heading in as there are plenty of extras to choose from. We saw all ages enjoying the experience!

We went there for my friends birthday and the staff was really friendly. It's a Little pricey for the character stuffies but as is the way of capitalism. Their outfit selection for the dolls was really nice and was just generally a good experience.

We came in on Mother's day and Domy helped us. She was able to turn a rough situation around and completely made our day. We had a great experience because of her and my daughter has been holding her new Stitch lovey non stop. Thank you Dom!!

This place is great. My kids love it. The prices for the merchandise are affordable and the products are nice. The staff is always nice, kind, and courteous.

The stuffing machine was broken the day we bought the animals for my daughter. They had to hand-stuff everything that day. The store told us to come back once the machine was fixed and they would restuff them. They kindly restuffed the animals when we came back.

Took my soon to be 1 year old to use their policy in which your kid can get a birthday bear for the price of their age! Shaun took care of us and was so sweet to my son; very cute experience that I'll remember for years to come!

We go to this build a bear every year for our daughters birthday. The staff make it a fun and enjoyable occasion each time. The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I also think the company is great for offering the pay your age birthday bear.

If you enter the mall between cheesecake factory and brio you'll find it's an easy walk to get to BaB. I would very much recommend.
