Words cannot express how amazing the chocolate avalanche cake you made looked and tasted. I had you guys make it for my Uncle's 70th birthday and it was the center of attention as it was so beautifully made. The detail and depth of the cake was so sophisticated. Debbie did an amazing job the cake was perfection. I am new to Syracuse from Long Island and I can tell you Biscotti's is my new go to place. Thank you for making my Uncle's 70th so amazing. I highly recommend Biscotti's ❤.

My daughter wanted a heart cake for her Birthday. We went to Biscotti’s and showed them the pictures and the Baker hit it out of the park. Choc. Mousse cake was amazing. So was the decorating and frosting just beautiful. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. The cake made her 22nd Birthday a day to remember. I can’t wait to order from you in the future and will definitely be posted on Facebook!

If you like desert….RUN….don’t walk to this place. This place has a lot of choices and they are all good! The moose cake was incredibly chocolately. The gelato was fresh and had lots of flavors ( my favorite is mango) My favorite pastry is the fruit tart and another is the cannoli . Honestly I’ve never gotten anything that wasn’t good. Their wraps and sandwiches are solid

We had our first chocolate moose cake 🍰 for the first time and it was delicious. We also had some chocolate cookies - menu had a lot of stuff to look and prices were reasonable.

Service was quick, ambiance was perfect to get in love with and specially that piano sitting back there.

I visited this business back in June 2023 during my 4 day visit to Syracuse. I can still remember how much I enjoyed this business.

I went once, absolutely loved everything about it, then I went again as a last meal before heading to the airport. I can’t remember the names of the folks that helped me, but both were THE BEST. The food was GREAT.

I’d be a regular at this place if I lived in Syracuse. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We insisted on a traditional cake done by an Italian bakery for our wedding, and Biscotti was by far the best choice to bake our cake! We taste-tested red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting at 3 different bakeries that all came very highly recommended, but Biscotti was the winner. They had the overall best tasting cake and they also decorate the cake if you have flowers provided by your florist, and ours came out stunning! It was a huge hit at the wedding and many guests had more than one piece! We even froze the leftover cake and then thawed it for Thanksgiving dessert, and the cake tasted as delicious and fresh as it did the day of our wedding. The whole family was drooling all over again! We definitely recommend Biscotti for anyone who wants a high quality cake for their wedding day or for any occasion!

I ordered this cake in advance and holy CRUD IT’S BIG!! Because I caught Covid I had to have my dad pick it up and the staff was very accommodating, fast phone responses, and this smells DELICIOUS! They absolutely nailed my concept as well! I shall be enjoying this cake for several days to come 😝

Very helpful and friendly staff, and delicious cheesecake. I recommend the lemon ginger, balanced flavors and not too overwhelming or rich. Love the jazz music and decoration.

They made my daughters birthday cake back in 2022 and it was the best cake we’ve ever had. All of our guest loved it!

This bakery/cafe has a very nostalgic and cozy feel to it.
A great place to grab a sandwich and dessert and cozy up with a great book.
Not to mention the baked goods are simply delicious!

Limited food menu but everything is delicious. I had the chicken bruschetta wrap and it was so flavorful. They have a lot of desserts and the ones I’ve had are perfectly baked. They have gelato, tiramisu, cheesecake, rum cake, cookies and much more. The prices are low! 3 wraps, 2 cookies, 3 pieces of cake, mini cheesecake and hot tea for only $30! Also, the employees were very pleasant and polite. I would definitely come here again and recommend to others!
