Starbucks

Very rarely does an establishment get all 5-stars. The Starbucks downtown most certainly deserves the rating. The employees are friendly, helpful, and have a next level kind of patients when it comes to dealing with customers. I use the app to place my orders and it's nearly flawless. There have been times that items are labeled as out of stock at location when they are not. Again, helpful staff has gone and changed the status and so online orders can go thru. Best choice for coffee in town. My most liked are the Americano and highly recommended the grilled cheese.

Service was friendly, quality was standard Starbucks - and that's not a bad thing. Good location, easy to access from interstate, with ample parking.

One of the Starbucks Stores who actually serve a good coffee. It’s rare so you definitely have to check it out. Friendly staff is there as well.

Great place for dashing. Stop letting pan handling from homeless stack up right outside your door. Kick them out of there.

Nice sitting Downtown Duluth outdoors on Superior Street.

I had difficulty placing an order online. Ali( I hope it is the right name) was so helpful and patient. She prepared a new order without any problems. Thank you so very much.

Impossible breakfast sandwich is impossible to get over. It's delicious. A perfectly crisp bun with a delicious poached egg without any grease and hint of cheese. It was mouth watering. This sandwich is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten. Paired with a coffee and you've a satisfying breakfast.

It was super busy when we arrived, staff was great and cranking out orders so the wait was minimal. Andrew was able to keep a friendly smile throughout the chaos. Had to drop a good review, we were very impressed with the staff downtown!

I had a vanilla bean creme frappuccino with a shot while the wife had a chocolate cream cold brew thing. Pardon me for not knowing the proper name.

Mine was as I expected, but the wife's drink looked and tasted different than it does when she gets it made at our regular Starbucks. She really liked it though.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and had the best and friendliest customer service experience!! Morgan is the sweetest barista I’ve ever met, and her coffee master apron looks sweet. I’m just visiting Duluth, but I would come here every day if I could :)

I’m slowly becoming a regular here on my morning commute and I’ve love it. Ordering ahead makes sure it’s prompt and the baristas are always super sweet despite the unfun customers they have to deal with on occasion. Good food, good service :)

Busy at 10am on Monday, July 5th, but the staff was upbeat, engaged with customers during ordering hard at work getting drinks out. You won't find an amazing view of Superior or anything, but it's a great little spot to people watch in the area!

I absolutely love this star bucks. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they made a chain restaurant feel like a local Duluth shop! Drinks are amazing as always and service was great and quick.

The baristas were very sweet and informative. I was ordering for my family, but I don't drink coffee. The ladies helped me figure out what to order. Getting to the location was a bit confusing because of the road closures and construction, but it was worth the trip.

Great batistas who learn your name and order within a few times of being there. Never a long wait!

Skylar gave exceptional service, as always with a big smile & inviting attitude! By far my favorite location in the Duluth area. I love the atmosphere, the regular customers & easy access. Overall a great place to work, hang out with friends or meet business partners at anytime day or night.

Today was a very stressful and emotional day and I was about to give up. All I wanted from Starbucks was the energy to get through my 14 hour overnight shift, but what I got was so much more, the motivation to keep going on with my life. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with Kirstie's warm smile and kind words. It was so nice to see someine that is willing to go above and beyond at their job. And the coffee was delicious as well.

Quick and drink was delicious. Associates werr polite and work-focused. There is plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating for groups. I went in the morning on the weekend, and there was a pleasant hum of activity, but not too noisy. There is a bathroom onsite, but you'll need a code to enter.
