Pigeon Forge Hardware

They have friendly staff and very helpful. They greet you when you come in. A great little hardware store in the heart of Pigeon Forge. I have visited there multiple time due to working on an Air B&B in Wears valley area.

Nice to have a place where they always ask if u need help and always welcome you in the store

I do cabin and home maintenance and this is 100% my go-to hardware store. I will avoid Lowe’s and Home Depot at all costs if at all possible.

Very rarely do I come across something I can’t buy here, but I’ve been shopping here for years and know pretty much all of what they don’t carry, so it’s no big deal when they don’t have an item. I don’t think I’ve ever gone in for something that they typically carry and find it not in stock. They’re proactive in keeping products on the shelves and keeping the store clean and organized.

I adore the staff, they’re all friendly and helpful, and practically family at this point. The prices are not only comparable to the big box stores, often I find they’re even cheaper.

The location is so convenient, most of the time when I have an idea of what I might need for the day, I can stop in to grab the parts on the way to the service call, it makes my day go so much smoother and faster, and they always have me laughing before I leave.

Great service and selection... man I wish they'd open a store in gatlinburg.

Nathan was very helpful and friendly. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered to help in any way without making me feel like he was selling something. He knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out in minutes. This is way better than searching the aisles in one of the national stores.

This small town store in such a busy city was amazing and incredibly helpful. The workers were kind and the prices unexpectedly low. We visited several times during our vacation for fixes on our rv.

Nice little hardware store that has a lot of different things. I will definitely shop there again.

Went on vacation in Pigeon Forge and needed to sandpaper to try and fix a project I was working on. I needed a couple of sheets of fine grit sandpaper. They had 600 and 1500 grit which fit the bill. They also had a case of water the CVS around the corner did not have! Great place wish I had the chance to shop a little longer.

When you walk in the the door, there's someone there to help you!

This small store is just right for quick stops, yet it has never failed to have what I need. The prices are competitive, and there is always someone available to help me find what I'm looking for. This is what a local business should feel like.
