I photographed an event Sara Walker Events coordinated. The events planning and timeline was seamless, her team was a pleasure and Sara herself is such a gem. She is communicative, kind and has an eye for beautiful designs. I highly recommend her for events or weddings and look forward to working with her again.

All events and especially fundraising events are stressful, time-consuming, and filled with detail after detail. Sara and her team at Sara Walker Events supported Girls Inc. of San Antonio and produced the most beautiful and successful luncheon in 2023.

Events can be stressful! But Sara Walker Event’s is a God send! Their staffs ability to take care of ever little thing, remain immaculately professional while making the process fun and painless for my committee… is very hard to find. We will probably hosting our next event sooner just because of our incredible experience with SWE.

I used Sara Walker Events for a fundraiser party. I was very impressed with Sara’s eye on detail and professionalism. She is so good at her job it’s as if she can anticipate her guests needs and it’s all ready and waiting to enjoy. The catering was off the charts delicious. The presentation was on-point and represented the theme perfectly.

Her support staff was on-time, engaging and pleasant. Set up and break down was fast and efficient and they left the space the way they found it.

I would absolutely hire Sara Walker Events again. My experience was fantastic and everyone at the party had a blast!

Sara Walker and her team coordinated an extraordinary luncheon I co-chaired on September 6, 2022 for Good Samaritan Community Services. SWE's organization, enthusiasm, creativity and event-day execution were key to our event's success. I worked with Sara Parker and her staff for a birthday party in the Lake Travis area. She and her staff put on a flawless event! Sara and her team created the most elegant, timeless, and personally detailed wedding I have ever seen. From the stunning floral arrangements to the wine glasses to the live floral wall that also hung a custom neon light the evening was breathtaking. If I could go back in time and have Sara design my wedding, I would. Her team was not only extremely creative but professional and most importantly kind. Any event I host I will look to Sara!
