The staff where very helpful!! Took me 5 different shoe companies to find a pair of shoes that fit just right!! Also they have great deals than any other place!!! I am a little person (midget) so it is usually hard for me to find shoes that fit good bc of my wide feet but these shoes fit great... they have great selection of kids shoes that look like adult shoes. So I'm satisfied 😌 🙂

Ripped my shoe and needed a new pair, fast as I didn’t bring any backup. Easily found a replacement pair here. Organized, clean, and decently priced shoes (got a pair of Asics for $79 plus tax). The selection ranged from boots to running shoes to sandals.

Friendly customer service and decent deals on shoes. They have a buy one pair get one 50% off deal that I have taken advantage of a few different times, and if you make an account with the then you build up points for extra discount as well.

Placed an online order within seem like minutes they had it ready it's always exactly what I order very easy to order online people are very nice when I pick it up.

Their selection of shoes is great, they carry the hey dudes which are the most comfortable shoes in the world. They didn't have my size in the work shoes I was looking for and even though they were about to close the girl at the register took the time to put some shoes on hold for me and find a location near by with the shoes in the size I needed.

I went to find a certain kind of shoe so we decide to try Tanger Mall. We went to almost every store that carries shoes but couldn't find them! After I had given up finding them we was making our way out of the mall when I spotted Rack Room. We tried everyone so one last store so we stopped. Low & behold they had them!! 😁 such a great selection to choose from & very reasonably priced!! Kudos to Rack Room Shoes for saving the day 😘 See ya next trip

The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful... I had broken my sandal in a go kart so I arrived needing a pair of shoes right away. And I needed an 11 in women's shoes - to my surprise they had quite a few choices for me.

Customer service was great they went above and beyond to help .Don't remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was great . We ended up buying 6 pair of shoes .

My husband was looking for shoes. He found some he liked but for the 2nd at half price they didn't have his size. The lady at the register was very helpful in placing an order for his 2nd pair. Would shop here again.

Harbor and Barbara represent they type of people that should be in retail--polite, professional, kind without being overly personal and helpful. If not for these two I probably would have given a lower rating due to the tight aisles, lack of mask enforcement and limited selection on men's sizes. However both Harbor and Barbara offered to check their other locations for me.

Incredible deals. Got a pair of Adidas and Nike's for just about $100. There is a lot of variety from runners to dress shoes, and everything in between such as socks and sandals. Only came here while on vacation but I'd definitely make another stop if I come back to the area.

Very clean and well setup. Customer service is superb. While shopping a family came in with a little kid coughing everywhere and the crew were very quick to sanitize everything and everywhere they went. Thanks.

I found the exact shoes I didnt know I needed until I saw them. And with a second pair half price, I got a second pair I liked just as much.
