Natural Comfort Footwear

This is a recent review 12-24-23, yes, Christmas Eve and both ladies were working extremely hard to wait on a constant flow of traffic. The woman with Russsia. Accent was extremely efficient and helpful! I bought my wife a pair, then went out the store amd met my brother I. Law and he went back on and bought 3 pairs of shoes and I ended up buying myself. Pair. Great selection!

Love this show store in Pigeon Forge. I always find one of two pair of shoes every time I visit.

They have a great selection of footwear! From beach sandals to dress shoes they have a huge variety to choose from! I was very impressed with the manager and sales associates. They were all extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and nice! No pressure to buy either. I did buy a pair of Hokas that unfortunately I had to return. I had my receipt and there was absolutely no issue returning them. I will most definitely buy shoes here again. My experience was great with their store!

The gentleman working there goes above and beyond. But his boss the lady seems to literally follow him around like he isn't competent to do his job. She makes it very uncomfortable he does a good job with knowledge of products and personality. Keep it up bud and maybe your boss or owner will get off your back and let you do your job and make the store some money!!!

Just had an excellent experience buying a pair of Naot boots. Tabitha was very knowledgeable and suggested the perfect boot for my feet. Chris also added some experience to sale. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!

Tyler is the man , he helped us right at closing time with no pressure , no rush . Great employee , take care of him .

Colleen helped out a lot with purchase and was very patient while i was trying shoes on. Shoe itself is very comfortable and she did a good job with advertising. Couldn’t get better.

Loved this store! Was so tired of searching for shoes in my size if most stores. This was a breath of fresh air for me. Tall blonde classy looking lady took the best of care of me. I’m hard to fit an she made recommendations and brought all the shoes to me and put back what I couldn’t wear. To be honest I’ve never paid this much for shoes before but the quality and feel of these shoes were incredible. And to be able to sit and let someone bring everything to you and not have to struggle to find sizes like in most stores was so convenient. Wish I’d caught her name. But if she reads this just want to say I LOVE my Pikolino boots! Thank you thank you for making this boot buying experience so easy. Been looking at boots for 2 years. The calfskin boots are so soft and feel amazingly comfortable!

GREAT experience! Some of the non-educated patrons think customer service is standing behind a counter waiting for a customer to ask for help and that's not service at all. The "following you around" that past comments are speaking of is all but someone following you it's excellent customer service and the employees DO NOT follow you around. Seeing that this store has the stock on the sales floor keeping it organized must be a task. The employees are helpful and provide information about products. If my size isn't available I'm offered something similar in style and color or they have ordered me a pair and shipped it to my house. The store doesn't have a website but, the brands they offer will say you may find the product here. You don't need to bash a store of something they can't control. 5 Stars for EXCELLENT SERVICE, PRODUCTS, AND OVERALL. I'm very satisfied leaving every time I shop here.

The greatest selection. Chris or Coleen both helped in our selection. My favorite store at the Island and Pigion forge. Any time you are in need of shoes this is the place to go! On clouds are great!
