Stopped in while on vacation. I love this store. The staff was awesome. Family owned. They make you feel comfortable from the time you walked in until you leave. Very knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions. I will be back...Thank you...

The staff were wonderful and attentive at both stores. I called ahead to see if they had a pair of boots in stock, the first store directed me to the other French’s and they had them in stock. They were very helpful and attentive, they held the last pair of boots for my boyfriend and I. And were attentive and talkative while he tried them on and made they worked for him.

Nice little store. They had a pair of work boots i have been eye balling on Amazon for $10 cheaper.

My boyfriend and I were searching for the perfect boots. We had been to a store previously before trying Frenchs but their customer service wasn’t the best. However, Angela at Frenchs was the BEST! We were able to both find the perfect pair of boots. Great job Angela!

Employees here were super nice, really exemplified the true cowboy spirit.
Granted the products are expensive, but they're the real deal. Everything from crocodile leather boots to the finest cowboy hats I've laid eyes on.

Great People!!!! I try to always buy from here if I can find what I like. The people are always so nice and seem like they really want to help. Last visit my wife bought a pair of Ariat shoes and while checking out I mentioned trying to find something to restore the boots I had on and loved but were starting to look pretty rough. The gentleman immediatly grabbed a product of the shelf and rubbed some on my boot that I was wearing to demenstrate. I was humbled and thankful. My favorite store that I go to without fail anytime I am visiting. Great Job to the staff, you are a class act.

I was absolutely THRILLED when I went into French's. I'd never heard of them. I'd gone to Pigeon Forge many, many years ago. Bought a pair of Dingo boots. They lasted me, forever it seemed. Since then, I've been trying to figure out where to get those exact Dingo boots & what exact size since I've lost almost 100lbs since then. We went to the location that I bought the 1st pair. To my suprise, they hardly carried ANY boots anymore. Went to a store that seemed to be the RAVE because they would give you 2 pairs of boots free, when you bought one pair. So, of course...thinking to myself, "Wow...what a deal!" I ran in, and to he honest. They DO have some very "pretty" boots. I didn't recognize the name brands to be honest but again, thought, "ok....still maybe". Uhuh nope. Started looking at the prices on the boots. $200 & up. Where you could get the same boots at flea markets for $50-75 a pair. They were asking at this store. $200-300 & up a pair. That's how people are getting 3 pairs of boots, for the cost of one. Not me... so someone mentioned, Frenchs. We drove down, and saw that the hectic traffic was WORTH it. They had 1 pair of the very Dingo boots in my size, left. Then, as I was boxing them up. Another pair of Dingos caught my eye, right beside them. They were about $20 higher a pair than I saw online. But....I ended up walking out with both pairs for $250. Now that, IS an AMAZING deal compared to buying ONE pair at the other store for more and getting 3 pairs lol I know the Dingo boots will last me years and there is a reason, Dingo have been around as long as they have! The employees were AMAZING as well. Very helpful, very nice. Very friendly! The layout of the store was easy to navigate, very clean. Needless to say, Frenchs gained a new customer! I'd never heard of them, but will NEVER forget them now! And....come to find out. Should I ever need to buy or just want to buy more from them. I don't have to travel all the way to Pigeon Forge to do so. They have multiple stores. I live in Chattanooga, TN. So that makes a huge difference in shopping too.

Stopped in and got fitted with a pair of boots. Didn't fit really ght but I wore them for about an hour. Went back.the next day to go a size smaller. Tom and Jamie were fantastic. Thry didn't have to take the boots back on exchange but they did. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone. I'll be back to a French's for my next pair because of them.

Very nice boot store! Super friendly staff and very helpful. They have a large selection of boots with varying brands and styles. The prices are very reasonable as well. They even have several brands and styles that are on sale. If you want some good prices on boots ranging from casual wear to safety toes shoes they have and you need to stop in and give them a look!
