Grand Lake State Park Shelter House #2

It sits right along the lake and has shade trees, so even in the hottest weather you get a nice breeze off the lake and you are able to enjoy a family reunion. We were there July 20, 2019, as most know it was horribly hot but we were fine. Also that shelter has a playground which the kids were still able to use. The only thing I wish is that the state of Ohio would put some money into the restrooms, not the best.

This is such a beautiful lake and a lot of places to have a picnic but only one entrance

The shelter was relatively clean, and had restrooms. There was parking, a playground and fishing access nearby.

Grandkids had a blast!
