Broadview Federal Credit Union

I like going there for it's easier for me to get there without the bus for I can walk. It's not as busy as the Hoosick St branch. I'm not a student or work at RPI so I couldn't get into the building during the pademic for the main door was by swiping your card.

Some of the nicest people on campus. Efficient, hard-working, kind individuals.

Lobby closes at 2 PM on Saturdays so keep that in mind. Drive through is open until 3 PM.

Very nice staff

Very slow service. Non-RPI people flood this place on weekdays and exceed the capacity of the 1 teller they normally have staffed here. I’ve been here multiple times where I needed a notary or manager and got turned away because they were busy or the manager on duty didn’t have ability to notarize things. What a terrible way to run a business and treat your credit union members. CapCom has better rates.
