Horrible! I ordered a costume with expedited shipping.processing is 1-2 days fine and shipping is 2-3 days. So it should be 5 days total I needed this costume to arrive today the 5th day. It is still in California! What is the point in offering expedited shipping if you cannot provide such. I will never buy from joyin inc again! And I recommend to anyone thinking to buy from them go anywhere else

My orders done in Oct 15 '21 have never arrived (Halloween yard decor) ordered through Lowes on line , Fedex indicates my orders are still with the shipper. I don't have my products and no one will give me a refund. (as I don't need them now) . Can someone please help me get this resolved . Thanks St
