We were in need of a refinish and new tile for our 15 year old pool. Ryan Hoffman and crew were outstanding from start to finish! Ryan made sure to communicate and keep us informed every step of the way. Ryan paid very close attention to detail and wouldn't settle for just good, he wanted everything to be GREAT! And it was! Veterans Pool Company- Wylie just completed my pool renovation . My pool is 21 years old and had broken tiles, broken coping stone, a crumbling retaining wall and needed plaster. Ryan (Big Sarge) was the reason this reno went so smoothly. He was here on the day when tasks were beginning and often stopped by to see progression at the end of the day. The subcontractors he used were also great workers and responsive. Ryan did not try to upsell me on any of the work tasks and only suggested items when he knew I may have missed the detail. The process took approx 6 weeks and that’s including all the rain days we have had. I highly recommend this Company and appreciate the fantastic job Ryan and his team did!

I needed somebody that could repair an old pool that was cracked. After calling a few pool companies, I found out real quick that I better find somebody that I felt good about and could trust because I didn't know much about this subject. I truly believe that God was involved from that point on. Thankfully, a friend told me about A Veterans Pool Company. I called and Darren answered the phone. From the first phone call to the end of the project, he did everything that he said he would do. He educated us through the whole process, he was very attentive to our needs and worked with our budget. He started with a toad pond with cracks inside and on the deck. He came in and fixed the cracks, added coping and tile, plastered the pool and set up a new pump. He left us with a beautiful pool and an overall great experience. If your needing help to repair a pool or build a new one, I would highly recommend Darren and his crew. I would use him in a heartbeat.

If you need pool repairs or a new pool, these are the guys to call. Guy Ellis is the best contractor we have ever worked with. Our pool deck had shifted and wasn’t level so he leveled the deck and replaced the coping, tile, and plaster. Guy worked with us every step of the way, kept us informed, and personally checked on the job at each phase to ensure we were satisfied. We are extremely satisfied and the pool looks brand new.

We contacted A Veteran’s Pool Co to inquire about installing a new Hayward 400k btu heater. We received a prompt reply and equipment we were wanting-no upsales or hassles.
Darren installed the heater and ran full test for any leaks and proper operation. We even had a slight snag on some pre-purchased valves but he worked with us to find a solution!
Will be calling them back when we replace the lights! Happy to support this small, independent company with all of our future pool repair needs!

We just had our 40+ year old pool remodeled by “A Veteran’s Pool Company”. New plaster and fittings, new filter and pump. They were efficient, prompt, and cleaned up after the job. We highly recommend Darren and his crew.

Darren and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my pool. They were very professional and their work was top notch. From the beginning, Darren was involved in the planning stages and made valuable recommendations. He always communicated well and kept me apprised of the schedule. Any of my concerns were immediately addressed. The finished product is beautiful. I feel like I’m on vacation every time I go hang out at my pool. It’s gorgeous!!!

We needed to have our pool resurfaced and new coping constructed around a portion of our pool due to a crack that formed between the pool foundation and the pool wall. We have an unconventional pool design which required some modifications to standard coping designs and Darren was open and responsive through every step of the process. The quality of work was great for every phase of the project and the finished product looks amazing.

Darren is a pleasure to work with. He was always available, either on site or by text to answer questions and make sure that our wishes were met. Darren at A Veteran's Pool Company was great! Very personable, and, most important, he was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He fixed several leaks in my pool, and now the pool is running great. Best of all, he did the work without damaging any of the patio around the pool! Very professional, and I can't recommend enough.

We asked Darren to help us with remodeling our pool. His team did a great job. We ran into a hickup in that the air ports for the hot accidentally got covered up. Darren addressed the problem and made it right. I would definitely use a veteran pool company again!
