This is the place to go, the woman working on March 18th was very informative,helpful, kind and courteous. She made me and my family feel very comfortable and was very efficient as well. Not only that but every customer that entered after us was greeted with a smile and also informed that she would be right with them. She was great at multitasking and making sure everyone was being taken care of! She was very personable as well. 10/10 would recommend coming to this place to get the help and upgrades you need! We will definitely be coming back!

Janet helped me w a problem that no one else in Verizon could please give her a raise.

Morgan was outstanding. She is on top of it! When I first arrives she was the only one there. There were several customers and she didn't get frustrated, she let them know she'd be with them, and took care of each one as time allowed.

Typically I'm a bit leery of buying a phone from a Verizon Authorized Retailer instead of a corporate store, but after visiting other Verizon stores in the Reno-Carson area to no avail I decided to give this one a shot. McCann and Morgan found me the best deal on the phone I wanted and offered some extras but didn't try to sneak them onto my line like other retailers have in the past. I appreciated their transparency and help getting me set up with my new phone!

I always had a good experience there. What I was most happy about is not being rushed out the door. Savanah made me comfortable, easy to deal with, and knew exactly what to look for. Great service. It was a pleasant experience since a lot of places are not so pleasant these days. Thank you.

Very simply....I was unsure of just what I had needed from there, and after a few question from Dan I felt he had a solution. I left happy (I'm writing this from my new phone).
Plus, I apologize her name has skipped my mind right now but the woman working with Dan was very knowledgeable as well.

Great people who care about you. They were awesome with helping my wife and I get our phones upgraded. Even with a SIM cart issue from the phone manufacturer, they did everything possible to ensure a great experience.

Elise was our sales representative and she was amazing to say the least. We switched carriers so it is important that we know everything about our phones, of course. Elise has very high knowledge about everything in the store, she was very clear and she got everything done in a timely manner. I wish I received that kind of customer service everywhere I went! I use to hate the idea of being with any other carrier the one I use to be with but she made the switch stress free and exciting! Thank you for improving my life tenfold with our new phones and wayyy better service and better prices!

Great customer service. Originally had some issues with my transfer from another provider and Dan was great. He even came in and scheduled an appointment with me on his day off to see my transfer was done properly. Thanks so much for the great service!!

Alex at Victra on Market St was very patient and knowledgeable. He took care of my situation quickly. I highly recommend getting your Verizon issues taken care of and phone products at this location.

The service Victra delivers is FAR SUPERIOR than the authorized Verizon corporate store - Don't Go There.
