Amazing experience With Liliana. She guided me through getting a new line for my daughter. I could not figure out my passcode. She helped me calling customer support. She kept professional the hole time. So grateful.

Lilliana helped get me a good plan that met all my needs she also helped me find the perfect phone, was very knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond for me.

Make sure you talk to Oswaldo! He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me pick out an amazing phone and knew exactly how to help my fiance. A+ employee! Keep him around and appreciate his hard work and dedication! If he's not a manager he definitely should be!

I had the wonderful pleasure of dealing with oswaldo when I went into the Metro store. Never in my 63 years have I dealt with such an awesome customer service I went in the store stressed out of my mind and oswaldo totally calmed me down and helped me get through replacing it with a new one.

They made getting my phone service and getting my phone number amazing and helping me pick up my phone they're very knowledgeable the young man that was working there in the trainee was both very supportive very knowledgeable informative and the wet and so fast it took less than 30 minutes to get both services the internet and my phone thank you guys

The workers at the metro pcs on William Street are so helpful! I go in there for any issue with my phone and they fix it right away!! Im on the family plan when 4 lines and we pay $160 a month which isn't bad. The phone service itself is actually really good for prepaid, i get service almost everywhere including driving through the mountains!

Just got our kids their first phone lines. The sales associate, Sean was great from start to finish. Great deals and customer service.
