Love this place. Mediterranean and Italian mix. Fresh food that's definitely made to order. Rich flavors. Complex. The salad with dinner was so crispy and fresh. The wine menu is extensive and the atmosphere is intimate and airy. The desserts are patisserie style and sumptuous. This place is definitely worth the visit. Will be back again. Such an extensive menu. The waitress was amazing.

Really nice atmosphere, food tasty with large portions. I had the Salmon Lascala...spicey! The Goat Shrimp was so tastey....service was great, her recommendations was spot on right down to the wine and dessert.

This was our first visit and we are so glad we went. There were four of us and we each commented many times on how much we enjoyed it. Portions are generous and three of us needed take home boxes. I thought I would need one too but my tortellini Gianni was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Romeo's has serious potential to be our new favorite restaurant.

Enjoyed dinner there with family Friday night. We were served by a wonderful waitress named Paige, who had a great
knowledge of the menu and made terrific recommendations! Some of us are more adventurous in our food choices than others, but everyone had terrific food and were thoroughly satisfied and took some home. My only recommendation would be to make sure you save room for dessert, which we unfortunately had not done,because because my experience in the past is that their desserts are all outstanding just like the Rest of the menu.

Amazing food and sexy desserts. Any item on this menu is cooked with love and respect for the ingredients. ....Romeo makes his appearance in dining room from time to time. Wait staff knowledgeable on what wines should go with each dish. Once you have eaten your meal you must order dessert ( I take mine home, too full). The desserts are sweet, rich and oh such a great finisher. Always an amazing meal and experience.

I was amazed at the intimate ambiance of the cafe. The service is every bit as good as the food, which was phenomenal! My server Laura had the table she was taking care of, yet she took time to just talk to me about the cafe, its history, and owners. She treated me as a friend and it made my experience all the better. The house salad and dressing were excellent and the paella was superb. I didn't have room for anything else, this time. I'll definitely be going back!

Tried this place for the first time today with my husband and son, and it was delicious! My son got the gyro and a banana soda, my husband got the Balsamic shrimp with a salad, and I got a Salmon dish with lentil soup. It was all really good. The best part is that Noah, the host/greeter and Mckay, the waitress, were AMAZING! They were both cheerful, professional, helpful, and a joy to speak with. We will definitely go back!

The Mediterranean salad and the tomato base sausage and white bean soup. Both very tasty! Also, a sugar-free coconut latte. Yummy!

The service was pretty good, and the food was of the best quality! No substitutions are allowed at all. That was not a big deal to me though.

I recently discovered this place. The service is top-notch the food is a little pricey but it's worth it the portions are large it's all delicious and to be honest I have never had some of the things they serve. I think I've tried pasta dishes I've tried some of the appetizers but I think my favorite so far is the gyro 🥙

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. I wasn’t in love with the atmosphere. It’s kind of attached to a folk art gift shop that wasn’t my favorite but lots of other people might like that.

When we first found Romeo's we were so happy. Here was a great place to eat, with good European food, great desserts, good prices and a comfortable atmosphere. Sometimes they even tempt us with alcohol, like once finding Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock available. This visit was no exception, though I did not end up with a beer this time. We had a reservation and were quickly seated. The water has cucumber in it, which is actually quite nice. The menu is huge and I know we both try to get something new, but sometimes get a favorite. This day my wife went with a favorite, Athenian Chicken and I tried something new, the Vasco De Gama, an interesting shrimp dish. We both enjoyed the salad that came as a starter and our mains. With a wonderful dessert case it is hard to resist getting dessert. There is no dessert menu here, you get up and look at the dessert case to make a choice. This time we both had cheesecakes, my wife had the Raspberry White Chocolate and I had the Kahlua Frangelico. Both were excellent, as always. Service was great and we had another excellent meal.

This is an amazing secret. The food was outstanding. I'm in town for a little bit and had lunch with a friend that works up the street, and evey bite was absolutely perfection

The best lunch and Cafe food in the Euro genre in the Phoenix metro area. Seriously. This place is stellar. Try their basic gyro pita and fall in love. Try their penne carbonara and be transported. Try their Marco Pollo ravioli main dish and be amazed. I've tried all of those plus the Paella (red sauce based, not saffron), Athenian Chicken, and much more. Enjoyed them all.

What's more, the soups and salads are perfect and fresh. (their soups are especially great since they are all one-off creations that always surprise and taste great). And their deserts are rapturous. I go to lots of restaurants in Arizona and your won't find a cafe with a more complete and we'll done Euro menu that wins on literally every dish.

And everything is a home made, customized and perfectly fresh rendition of each dish. My wife's favorite place.

And if you're into wine they also have a large cabinet of expertly curated wines.

You won't miss by going here. Honestly.

Romeo's is tucked away among the bars and restaurants that populate downtown Gilbert. The sign may be unassuming, but what waits inside is some of the best Mediterranean food you will ever eat.

This is my favorite go to place to go for a nice quiet meal. It's a great place for when I either take friends or have a nice business lunch or dinner. There is no loud background music to be a distraction. That's hard to find anymore! It has great food, very reasonable prices and a huge selection.

Wow, wow, wow!!!!!!! The food here is beyond wonderful. I wish I would have taken a picture of my meal - the portions are large. The Pork Molise is what I had and it was sooooo good. The salad all the way to dessert was heavenly. I highly recommend this place and I will be back a lot.

First time here. They have a very robust menu with many options. We had a pepper steak pita sandwich and one of their many delicious salads for lunch. Everything tasted fresh with lots of flavor. The dressing on my salad was a perfect balance between the ingredients (I usually do salad dressing on the side as I don't want my salad to be one flavor). The portions were very generous for lunchtime. We had to purchase the desserts for takeaway to have later. They have an amazing selection of desserts to view when you walk in. We are looking forward to coming back for a complete dinner.

Still one of the best places to spend an hour or longer and just sit, look out the window, eat a meal, drink a glass of wine, grab delectable desserts, or order take away. The entry has all kinds of funky art, Hispanic art, and the music playlist is outstanding! My server today was Paige and she was super busy but kept all the lunch and early afternoon people comfortable, and fed with a smile!
Truly Romeos Euro Cafe is a treasure you want to share with others but still hope it holds true to its friendly, funky, atmosphere! They also offer pairing events! Call, order, enjoy the freshness!

Great food. Delicious appetizers. Try the spinaki balls. Everything I saw on our table looked and tasted amazing. Customer service was phenomenal as well.
