My husband found this little coffee shop and it is the absolute best! Alexandria runs the shop and she has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. She really makes you feel like you're at home.
I highly recommend the Tres Leches cake if you are looking for a sweet snack! The Americanos are the perfect amount of bitterness and very tasty!

Not only is this the best coffee in Gilbert, but this is the best coffee in the world!! The owner, Alexandra, was very sweet and personable. You can tell she put in a lot of dedication and love into her coffee shop. Ordered four drinks and a pastry and they were all VERY delicious. Thank you Galapagos Coffee for bringing authenticity and amazing coffee to the town of Gilbert.

Excellent coffee and even greater friendly service. The owner is very kind and friendly and a pleasure to talk with while making your coffee. I enjoy supporting a small business that provides such a personal touch.

I LOVE this coffee shop!! Alexandra is sweet, social, and her drinks are amazing. She makes everything with love and care. She remembers her customers and is always so so sweet to them. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Keep in mind it’s just her working there, so it may take her a little bit of time to make your drinks. Totally worth it :)

First time visiting here and I will definitely be a returning customer! I ordered a lavender honey iced latte and a pan de yuca (cheese bread) and both of them were phenomenal 😋❤. And the woman who was working there(I assume she’s the owner?) was so friendly and helpful.

The coffee here was amazing- best dirty chai latte I've ever had. The owner made it fresh, and used an actual chai blend and honey instead of syrup. She was very nice, and had art and pastries from various local shops available for purchase. I enjoyed looking at it all while I was waiting on my coffee. There was only one other person there when I visited, but I can see it potentially being slow service during busy times, because there was just the owner working.

Expect to experience a true South American experience at this Ecuadorian coffee spot. Owned by the sweetest Ecuadorian woman who greets and converses with each customer as if they’ve always been friends. Her shop has the most welcoming and inclusive vibes, the most delicious coffees, and my personal favorite, pan de yucca, which is an Ecuadorian cheese “bread” made by the owner herself. If you want to be a valued guest, and experience coffee made with pride, come to Galapagos.

High quality coffee and great food! I had a dirty chai with almond milks and pan de yuca. Very good! Plus the owner is super sweet and you can tell she puts a lot of love into her business.

I am so glad we decided to check this place out, love the overall vibe it has. The coffee is rich and the pandeyucca pairs very well with it. Alexandria was very sweet and welcoming, she has created an amazing space. In addition to coffee and a few bites, she also has palettas, soaps, lotions, bracelets, and much more by talented artists showcased around the shop. I will definitely be going back.

My family is from Ecuador and I have been searching for Ecuadorian food in the area and this place is amazing! I went to it for the first time today and loved it. The owner is so friendly and the baked goods were delicious, especially the pan de yuca. I will definitely be back to support this business!
