The Greyhound bus stop has changed.
Over a decade ago I worked at the Northampton Peter pan station we served both Peter pan bus based out of Springfield Ma and Greyhound bus headquartered in Dallas TX.
The two are separate companies who had a partnership agreement in the last few years this has begun to break up. First with reduced Greyhound service, then No longer taking each others tickets and now the Northampton station is no longer the stop for greyhound. The Greyhound stop in Northampton is @ Northampton Market convenient store parking lot. This location doesn't sell tickets or have seating.

Take Peter Pan instead, Greyhound is often hours late or brakes down and takes hours to fix. The company does not care in the slightest about being timely because most of their tickets are nonrefundable. Save yourself the headache and go with PP.
