I had fantastic service from Cassidy S. at this location. In short, she worked with the customer support dept to reduce my monthly bill by $62, while keeping service for my 3 devices relatively unchanged. This customer-first mindset is why I'll end being a lifelong customer. Cassidy, if you're reading this, thanks again!
I also came away impressed after eavesdropping on the conversation between the store staff and the customer support team. It's clear they all love their work there.

We went to this store on November 11th to get my daughter her new phone. We where assisted by a young woman named Kai Mccary. I want to say she was awesome! Very knowledgeable and very helpful with everything we needed to get done that night! The stores was very busy and she still made sure we where completely taken care of! Will be back to see her for our next upgrade for sure!

My husband and I switched our service this past Saturday to T-mobile. I would like to take this time to personally recognize David Galloway for his wonderful customer service. David worked diligently for almost four days transferring my phone number. He went above and beyond our expectations, I couldn’t ask for a better rep. He took his time explaining our billing, service, and all about our accessories. We didn’t feel like we were left in the dark or being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this location for T-Mobile.

I stopped by one evening to find out how to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. David took the time to explain every detail to me and even wrote everything down for me. A few days later, my partner and I went to go finally do the switch. Alex (I think that was his name), helped us do the switch. They were both very nice and patient with us. Glad to be giving our money to company that doesn’t make you pay and arm and leg for their service. I have already referred a friend to them and she switched! Thanks for all the help guys!

Ari the Assistant Manager at this store is Amazing! He helped me worked to get my phone switched to T mobile from Sprint. He also helped with getting my mom & daughter set up too. The store was super busy. It the team found time to greet everyone and ask them to wait! They were working as hard as they could with limited staff! They are so good at customer service. Ari even called back the next day to follow up on my service! High recommend this store. Best store I’ve ever visited! Keep up the good work! You guys are truly dedicated to help the customers.

My wife and I switched from Verizon to T-mobile. Here is why. Our sales person, Kai, knew the iPhone 13 well, the available plans that would cost us the least, answered all of our questions. The deal went very smooth from transferring our existing phone numbers to the new phones as well as all the apps and data from the old iPhones. T-mobile has apps that help eliminate junk calls and give their ID. We love the T-mobile coverage better than Verizon for the area we live at. I definitely recommend T-mobile and Kai.

Melissa, West Le, Alex and McKayla all helped me for over 30 minutes trouble shoot my replacement phone with care, compassion and a lot of patience. I had gotten a replacement phone delivered to the T mobile store they all worked. All employees went above and beyond to help get my information transfered to my new phone while running in to obsticles on the way, still helping customers and charming my 2.5 year old whom needed a nap. I am thankful I had a really great experience and left happy satisfied. Hats off to this group, they deserve the biggest pat on the back....and a raise.

I did business with this store and opened two lines of service, after being tired of high bills. T-Mobile met and exceed what I needed out my mobile carrier. The store at Bleachery road made my experience of moving my service seamless and worked to save me money out of pocket. The Store rep Ari was awesome. He made the process truly seamless. It was a no hassle experience. He even provided really great advice on which Phones were the best out there, according to what me and my family did on our leisure time as well as for my private business and our budget. He suggested two phones the Google Pic and the One Plus. We chose the One Plus and love them! Our plan is amazing and much better than what we were getting anywhere else. Thanks to my new T-Mobile service, my kids are already enjoying our free service for Netflix Kids. Can't wait to transfer our other family lines and get my wife and I the Galaxy Smart watch after school starts! Thank you guys and ladies for a world class experience.

Everyone is so friendly, but Ari M., the store manager went above and beyond. He listened, he was personable, and extremely knowledgeable.
It’s employees like Ari M. that make T-Mobile successful to this day.
This store is absolutely the best T-Mobile store I have ever been to, hands down.

Amazing service! Every customer service rep I've worked with at T-Mobile, both in-store and via phone, has been super helpful and extremely accommodating. I had an issue with a broken phone and they added the mobile protection right away so I could get the screen replaced. T-mobile's price, quality and service are unparalleled in the mobile industry, and their network is rapidly catching up with Verizon, and even faster in some areas. Happy customer here. 🙂
