JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Went to pick up some picture frames and found what we needed easily. The layout of the store is intuitive. It's kind of fun to look around because thete is stuff I didn't know existed and 20 different versions of it. Like foam for projects. Plenty of parking and polite staff, no issues with my experience. Only thing I can critique is that it is super hot in the space whey they keep the carts. But I spent only 5 seconds in there. I will be back again in the future.

Carol who checked me out was one of the most pleasant and helpful person that I have encountered at a retail store in Years! She was helpful with suggestions for floral arranging for my granddaughters wedding when I told her I was not a florist. She also helped with downloading a JoAnn coupon that I didn't know about. Such a valued employee for this store.

Staff are so sweet and accommodating! I had an issue with fabric scanning at a different price than the door buster sale price and two employees were very kind and helped me get the correct price.

I love this particular location for yarn! It’s one of the better yarn selections out of different Joann stores I’ve been to. The cashier also helped me out by finding coupons for me to use on my purchase to save me the most money possible. Will definitely be returning to this one many times!

I love this store for fabric, gals are always helpful. Only thing it's too far to drive when I only need a couple yards and the prices are high. Always looking for coupons. Wish we had one in Columbia TN

Went in for a skein of the bi pride yarn, they had it and it was super easy to find. Store was very clean and the employee at the register was nice p

I’ve been going to this location for years. Freda is the best employee and person you could ever deal with. More people should be like here. I always go out of my way to have her check me out if she is working. They have the best selection of Perler beads outside of perler’s own website. They also have a ton of other stuff And their clearance stuff is pretty good too. Sometimes the line to check out can get long with only a couple of cashiers, but it happens randomly. I’ve walked in many times and got my stuff and checked out within 5 minutes.

Again cant beat the fabrics and the clearance prices. Ms. Judy was very helpful and not rude or shortie the other customer has said! Thank you Judy!

Alex, cute blonde hair cashier was very friendly and very observant to my needs. Wrote "Have a nice day" on a paper for me, thinking I was deaf. But I explained I could hear but have a voice disorder. But she remembered and went out of her way to wish me a nice day. Meant a lot to me. Thank you Alex.

I needed a specific fabric and the employees were able to place what I needed on hold for twenty four hours. When I went to check out the clerk asked if I had any coupons and she even assisted me in getting a better discount. Really impressed with the service here.

They had exactly what I was looking for to finish a quilt. Even though an error occurred, the manager was quick to fix it. The manager was extremely kind and most helpful. I strongly recommend this store. I was pleased to find they offer a military/veteran discount in addition to coupons.

We were in search of a Cricut Infusible Ink Wine Bag blank and the store listed 3 in stock. We couldn't find them out and about. Jenny used her device to make sure they were still in the system. She pulled out the ladder to check the extra stock overhead. When that didn't work she used her headset to communicate with another associate who brought them up front to us. Great customer service! Wanted for a special house warming gift. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I love going to this store. Everything I need for all my craft hobbies is easy to find in one place. Plus things are either on sale or there's a good coupon on the app to make hobbies more affordable.The employees are also super helpful.

My absolute favorite craft store! They have just about everything! Pretty large selection of yarn in a variety of weights, fibers, colors. Fabric, patterns, notions, craft books & magazines, seasonal decor, planners, wedding, frames, etc. Weekly sales and coupons, loyalty orogram, educator discount. Limited fine art supplies.

Love Joann Fabrics!! They always have the products I need for embroidery, knitting, crochet, and sewing. There is always a coupon available. If the store doesn't have something, I can order online. Very intelligent, efficient staff!!

The woman who helped me with getting things to make my doll was a godsend. I think I am in over my head but she helped with getting the items and how to make it. I don't know what I would have done without her. I wish I knew hew name but she was great and so young.
