Taco Bell

I’m a big fan of placing my own order on the big tablet. I also was pleased with the team preparing my meal as well as genuinely asking how my meal was. This was a good job done by a fast food place. PS, their new burrito selections are awesome!

Y’all I LOVE this Taco Bell. Everyone is always so nice and the food is so yummy!! My side of nacho cheese always makes it in the bag. I went this morning and a kind lady working let me sample the Baja Blast freeze :)

Wow. This may have been the best Taco Bell experience my fiancee and I have ever experienced. No joke. I have loved Taco Bell my whole life and I have never had it so fresh, so delicious, and so satisfying. Whoever was working in the kitchen on July 12 2023, kudos my friend. Simply amazing. The entire staff that day deserves a raise. Great job guys!

I just like this Taco Bell. I’ve done the drive thru a handful of times and have noticed the pleasantness of the workers every time. Nothing fancy, just good service.

The manager and his staff were amazing during a rush. I assume he was the manager because he did such a good job accommodating each customer and his staff. Pleasant experience and that is hard to come across these days!

so we went at 12:30 am, waited a very long time but after we waited. the customer service was amazing. the gentlemen working the window was so sweet and honestly deserves some form of praise or a raise honestly. he handles situations with the absolute best of the ability. he deserves a raise!!!!

This Taco Bell location is great. Best tacos and burritos I’ve had from a Taco Bell in a long time.

This is the only location in Wilmington that I go to. It's newly built and kept clean. The food is always on point. The service is top notch. I have never had an issue at this location. It's worth the drive unlike the other locations.

Very impressed with the Staff! Very friendly and efficient! Suggested a combo price with a large Pepsi that actually was a savings on my total order!

There was one manager working his but off his name was michael and he did not have a lot of experience helped I'm thinking that the management should train their workers better before putting them on the floor with. Only one person that knows exactly what to do and get people in-and-out as fast as they can.

The assistant manager Michael at this store always goes above and beyond my boyfriend and I’s expectations when we get our food at this location. We are picky and want extra crispy hashbrowns in the morning and he always drops fresh hashbrowns and makes them perfectly crispy for us every time. He is always very polite and respectful and we always are so happy leaving after as our food is always perfect! We come through fairly often and get both breakfast and lunch and the food is always good. Any mistake has always been corrected and we will always speak highly of this location! Also many employees we really like here too!

All the employees are so nice and caring. Brooklyn and Carolina were amazing and deserve raises

So far, I've always had good service and good food from the Monkey Junction location. The younger generation that work there has always been nice and polite to my husband and myself!

My large Baja blast hold the ice add Baja freezer was amazing. Thanks to the staff for making that dream come true. It was almost as good as my legendary large Pepsi hold the ice add fritos.

I've always had good experiences with the Taco Bell in the Monkey Junction area (by Harris Teeter). I always seem to get a friendly cashier/order taker at the drive-thru and my order is right almost every time. I've been to many other Taco Bells that arent that great, but this one gets it right.

This was a later night visit. The person working the window was excellent. Our order was perfectly prepared and the food was really good. There's nothing better than having great tacos so close to home. I am Ron and I am dropping the mic.

I am here right now. They working and having so much fun makes me want to clock in and go to work. And they fast.

Live laugh love them!! I paid with cash and this lady with blonde hair (in a bun) asked if i had 6 cents. and i said yes ofc. and she was like sorry im running out of change, and i said no worries, i understand!
i understood because i work in the food industry and sometimes my store doesn't have change, and people these days can be real rude! so i felt bad and i gave them my whole jar of change i had in my car, and she gave me not one, but TWO bags of cinnamon twists! i thought it was so kind of them. thank you🤍

Went to this taco bell late after most other places had closed because who doesn't love some late night taco bell. They were really quick with our order, and super friendly as well. And they gave us extra fire sauce. So yeah, this is a good taco bell, don't hesitate to go here and get your taco on.
